Comfortable

I traveled to from Buffalo, NY to Baltimore with my grandson who's a huge Lamar Jackson fan to watch the Ravens vs Bills Sunday night game. We truly enjoyed the game and our hotel stay. The location was convenient.

It was a little loud in the hallways late at night but that was to be expected in a hotel.

Overall good but Monday morning staff ranked the experience quickly

It was clean and evening staff was very nice. Room service was good.

The next morning no one answered the phone for room service and then front desk staff refused to have shuttle take us to long term parking so we had to take an Uber when I specifically got this hotel for transportation. And also our a/c wasn’t working which was minor but an inconvenience

Ok place to stay if you're flying out of BWI. Check out other hotels too though.

The hotel is located on a street with many other hotels with shuttles to the airport. The shuttle was timely and convenient. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean and quiet.

The hotel seemed pretty worn. The coffee in the morning was not very good and hard to locate in the lobby area. The restaurant food was ok and the waitress was very good. Not much ambiance though.

Professional staff who make a guest feel valued

The room was very comfortable and clean with high end bedding and Crabtree & Evelyn for toiletries. I slept so well and enjoyed the massive big screen tv. It was convenient to have a restaurant on the property. The crab sandwich was an amazing treat for a visitor from out of state.

The hotel was unsanitary. There was tobacco spilling in the elevator, the room was small and did not have the amenities listed online. There were no luggage carts available. We decided to check out an hour later and go to Embassy Suites instead!

Location, room and view

Check staff was not very welcoming. My reservation was not found and when I provided my confirmation number, staff member told me their confirmation do not start with “4”…. No complimentary water was given, just dismissed after she located my reservation. And no apology gir the confusion.

A Good Pick!

The highlight of my stay was the food I got through room service. it was sooooo freaking good! I got the Salmon dish that comes over rice and broccoli on the side. I can’t remember what it was called but I got the sauce that came with another seafood dish and it just made it absolutely amazing. my room was very clean, modern, and comfortable. I will definitely be making future reservations here.

Fine for a quick stop if necessary but I’d stay somewhere else if time allowed.

The hotel was fine. It felt like it hadn’t had attention in some time. Nothing was particularly bad about the place, just seen better days. The beds were comfortable though.

The rooms were a bit musty and felt like they hadn’t been aired out in a while. We had two rooms, one of which the thermostat was broken. After repeated attempts to remedy, we ended up moving rooms. The tvs in different rooms had access to different channels which was a bit weird.

We Love BWI Hilton

We have stayed at this Hilton 4 times, we love the staff. The bar and restaurant are very nice. The food is very good to. We love the location of the airport.

I would stay here again when I visit.

One then two occasions a staff member entered the the elevator spoke informed us that they were a staff member and asked us. Was everything OK with us stay? I appreciate the question because they were in regular clothes without us, knowing that they was even employees of the hotel. They didn’t have to knowledge them self they could’ve just spoken and left it at that.

I stayed in room 517 and when I turn the shower water began to run on the floor I use the towels to clean up the water. I adjusted the shower head and when I took another shower, I had the same problem. I mentioned this to one of the staff when I got on the elevator she was the manager of housekeeping she sent someone to the room with additional towels for me to clean on the floor. I do believe that is something that you guys should look into for that room.

Stayed here for a wedding and was overall satisfied.

The hotel was clean and staff were courteous. The shuttle for the airport was rather convenient. Event space was pretty nice.

Ice machines were only located every other floor which was a minor inconvenience. Hotel breakfast was also just ok. For 14 dollars, quality was a little lacking but it is a buffet.
