Clean it up!

Location and price

It did not measure up to the Hyatt Brand. There was a sofa in the seating area that was badly stained and the carpet was worn beyond useful life. The TV was old and had no streaming capability. We arrived 30 minutes before published check in and were told we would have to wait, although there were obviously some rooms available.

All in all, it was ok. It could have been worse, but it also could have been better.

The location was good and the building was clean for the most part.

The breakfast was mediocre and I had to keep request room service from the receptionist at the front desk. Housekeeping came to our room only once to clean and that was only after requesting it 3 times. If we’re paying all this money for staying at a hotel, we deserve better service.

The location.

The attitude and rudeness of the check-in staff, the facilities were unkempt and some things were in need of repair. We had to beg for washcloths.

Friendly, helpful staff, close to airport and food

Had to change rooms, room I was given was dirty, couch was tore and didn’t have sheets or blanket when pulled out as bed, sheets stained and dirty

The staffs were friendly and helpful

The room was not clean, they were out of wash clothes. They didn’t have waffles (What hotel doesn’t have waffles). The hotel needs remodeling. Everything was old.

The room was in bad shape. Bathroom sink didn’t drain properly, sliding doors on shower were off track and wouldn’t close causing a LOT of water on the floor. Room was in disrepair and not as clean as it should be

That it near alot of restaurants

The manager told me that I couldn't use my chime card or cash app but I used my chime credit card to hold the room and had my wife and I waiting for a hour until my wife family members came to the hotel and we was attending a family reunion and they didn't have enough wash rags for my wife and I and the swimming pool wasn't clean had bugs and hair in the pool

The location is perfect for one night near the airport, but there are other better options, I guess.

staff was not friendly, it took them forever to check me and other couple in (they waited for 30+ minutes to get checked in at night with no line of other people). the person at the reception always got distracted, I waited for him for several minutes just to answer my question while he was chatting about life with a cleaning lady. I also had mould on my coffee supplies (napkins, sugar etc) in my room.

Not a hotel I would choose to stay at again.

I think the staff was not friendly and the room had a/c issues and when we walked into the room there were still dirty towels in the room from previous guest and had to have the maid service provide new sheets and vacuum the room it was not cleaned when we given the room at check in. Staff and hotel needs a lot work.

This hotel had potential

The breakfast was okay wish they had offered pancakes or waffles like other hotels but it was fine.

How we told the people at the desk we needed assistance in our room bc our toilet flooded and then we needed room service for new sheets and we put the sign on our door, left the hotel for hours and came back and nothing was done!

Uncomfortable, checked out early and overpriced.

The staff was friendly

I was given an occupied room. Had to go back to the front desk to ask for a clean room. The vents were filthy. I could see the dust and dirt piled up on the vents as I walked down the hallways. The carpet is old and jaded. The linen and furniture is poor quality. I was extremely uncomfortable.
