They had cancelled my stay but showed it was paid in full. I did not like the way they handled the situation. I called third party and they worked with getting me a different room and still wanted to charge me. After a few hours I called and asked to cancel without penalties and they honored it because of the bad experience.

Very impressed on how clean everything was ,very attentive staff and the breakfast was of high quality! Oh and the mattress was very comfy !

The staff was friendly. Appreciated the cold water bottles available.

We heard people in the hall and the neighboring room talking when we were trying to sleep.

A great stay

Very good price, the staff was very friendly, very clean, very comfortable bed, and the breakfast with eggs, sausage, pancakes, choice of bread, fresh fruit, juices, cereals, biscuit and gravy, yogurt, oatmeal, hard boiled eggs,, and very good coffee.

The location was a little far from my family.

I have stayed at better places.

The staff were super! I really loved the way the "Breakfast Attendant" made you feel welcome.

The pool was locked up, and there was not fitness room. I had to keep going back to the front desk for a new key.

Stay elsewhere until they get their act together!

Breakfast biscuits and gravy were good. Staff who worked at the breakfast area was very nice and good to understand.

There was no pool or hot tub. There was no extra bathroom available near the breakfast area. The fitness center was not open. The bathroom in our room did not close. The door was broken! This hotel was not what I was expecting from a Holiday Inn. There should have been a discount since all the amenities were not available! If you are only looking for a bed to sleep in stay here. If you want a better facility stay somewhere else. The staff upon check-in did not know how to work the credit card machine. I had to run it myself and teach them!! They were not easily understandable also.
