Very friendly staff with well kept property!
Shower was terrible with no water pressure and the bed was like sleeping on a board
4.0 / 5.0
Pools, landscaping, patio, beach and location are excellent.
Room was really outdated. Dirty couch and bathroom. Air conditioning had a musty smell when on.

Room and messy renovation

Proximity to the beach
Room was dirty , shower didn’t drain, one plug in bathroom , bathroom switch didn’t work, facility is truly meant for adults not children , while main pool was under construction we didn’t know until arrival. Pool was full of drunk adults drinking alcohol in the pool which clearly stayed was not allowed

I liked the location and the beach access.
The main pool was being renovated which we were not made aware of. The refrigerator in our room was nasty. We had to ask for towels three different times before they were brought up .

Location is perfect!! Our tv was broken and 3 different guys tried to fix it with no luck , we spent a lot of money for 3 nights with no compensation . Why they didn't just bring in a new TV I have no idea

The room was great, as were the beach services and the bar. We had an issue with the safe that was efficiently resolved by the staff, and the girl at the desk was very helpful when I accidentally locked myself out.
There was no room service during our 4 day stay.

the service at the restaurant was very slow due tot he location of the kitchen. we couldn’t find the beach towels that were supposed to be outside by the pool. the shower in the room did not have much pressure. the shower also was not clean

on the Beach
Very old hotel with horrible parking! Our room was right by the Open Air Bar that played music until 2:00 am. They didn’t have any other rooms available far away from the bar so we checked out. The front desk was very accommodating and gave a full refund. This hotel might be great for young partiers but not for families or older couples.

Friendliness and location
3.0 / 5.0
Derek, Jeff, Sean, and other staff, beach. Ice machine. Outdoor seating arrangement, balcony. Live music was fantastic.
Aged Room, broken curtain, slow drain in the shower, safes, not working, amount of time it took to get a room that worked. No elevator. Moldy smell in the lower level room.

The live music....I book every year for my birthday if the griswolds are playing. Easy access to everything and easy to get a ride locally
That I had to leave😁

Location is all I liked.
The fact that my sliding glass door was broke my whole stay. I felt very unsafe and told the front desk and manager and nothing was ever done. Called again next day and nothing done.

just a little older and needed a bit of TLC

Didn't like
Courtyard view room, large window to car park one side and window size of wall on to the walkway to the beach, absolutely no privacy so had to keep roller blinds closed resulting in no natural light, room had inadequate lighting so very dark - vertical blinds would be better as you can open them a little for light and retain privacy
Bed so uncomfortable sleeping on the floor would be similar. Pillows not nice, felt itchy using the bed.
No chair in room.
Poorly maintained.
Pools very small
Staff friendly but the receptionist chewing her breakfast while checking us out didn't look good.
For over £200 a night I expect a much better standard all round.
Did like
On the beach, can't be faulted, nightly music was great, cocktails delicious.
Two nights enough though.
Beach cabana included in your room price so big tick for that.
Waitress and mixologist were excellent, so hard working but both had ready easy smiles, and waitress had amazing memory and really looked after her customers.
3.0 / 5.0
I liked the effort in the remodeling.
Bed was not comfortable and tiled walkways was a bad decision. My door to the room was hard to get into. You had to push real hard.
