Clientèle bruyante lors de notre séjour

La proximité des restos et de la plage

Bruyant, des clients monopolisaient la piscine en ns imposant leur musique country , très désagréable. Vaisselle en plastique et pas d’assiettes ?? rouge à lèvres sur un verre… bref décevant et trop cher. La suite bleue à surveiller ou plutôt à éviter

Good location.

Location.

It could be cleaner. The pool was closed for repair. No battery in the smoke alarm. After we reported it, she said someone would come, but they never did. The kitchen sink was leaking underneath it, I put paper towels down, but it started to smell.

Nice room and location.

Great one bedroom apt room. Clean, modern decor and very comfortable for our family of 4. Within walking distance to stores, restaurants and the beach. Great getaway.

Could have had access to beach towels.

Absolutely ideal.

The location is perfect for walking to the beach or restaurants. Very cute, private and secure pool and garden area. The unit had everything we needed. Dog and kid friendly.

A great Stay

It was close to everything. Melissa and staff was very nice and pleasant. The apartment was comfortable. We got up mornings and made breakfast and went out for the day. The pool was clean and warm.

I wish the bathroom was separate from the main bedroom.

It was a cozy little spot in St Pete Beach.

The manager texted us when the room was ready. The property is a converted motel, and the folks staying seemed very friendly. The pool looked great, and there was parking right in front of the property. Centrally located to many nice little bars and restaurants by the water in St. Pete Beach. Wifi worked great, and the room we got was twice the size of another hotel we were looking at around the corner.

Close to the beach

The apartment is nice and is somehow close to the beach. You have to walk for a few blocks to get there. There are restaurants and shops nearby

We received last minute information about how to collect the key. It was stressful after a long ride there. The WIFI did not work during our whole extended stay. It was reported to the manager several times but it was not fixed. There were no clear instructions on how to use the cable tv. After each shower, water will pool on the floor. We had to mop it.

I would have booked this again if it wasn’t for all the negatives because it was close to the ALF I moved my mother into

good location, place was nice. Luckily the staff was there to help us get into the room.

didn’t have the room number or right code for lock box. Didn’t have heat and couldn’t figure out how to work it. Had to heat up place with oven and stove. Shower was complicated to work. A lot of the outlets didn’t work.

Small apartment but great location and good value!

Great area, enough walkable restaurants to check out and just .35 miles from getting to the sand on the beach. Also everything was clean and Melissa was also responsive to any outreach.

Wasn’t a fan of the bathroom, the only one for our unit was located in the master bedroom and used a sliding door that may as well not existed. We also had some neighbors who had a 2 hour argument at 2am which was very annoying but can’t blame the property on that.

Superb

You could not beat this location, you are within walking distance of the beach, bars and restaurants. The staff was incredibly nice and gave us nonstop recommendations to help us get our trip started. The room was nothing special but it was nice and clean so can’t ask for much more than that. 10/10 would stay again if I’m in the area

Pleasant

The location was great for walking to the beach, shopping and restaurants. The room had plenty of space and Melissa was quick to respond and very helpful. Easy parking the room was clean. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice with hot water.

The property was a bit surprising, there were full time residence who live there and they had dogs and smoking. They were all very nice but just gave me a weird vibe. There is a no privacy. The bedroom and living room window are directly in the courtyard. So when other guest are out there they are literally standing right next to were you are sleeping and it can get very loud. There was also a strong smell of Fabuloso cleaning product that was unpleasant in the room upon arrival. I had to open all the windows and it still never really went away. Overall I am a privacy freak so some of this may not bother other people. I booked the room on a flash sale, so the value was there considering the cost of anything else on the beach. No internet.. Bring your hotspot. The pool is not heated either so if you are traveling in the winter months it is not usable.

Beautiful, clean place with excellent staff communication and close proximity to local restaurants.

We arrived late and outside the check-in time but the room was ready and very clean! Melissa was excellent with communicating with us via text messages. The property was conveniently located within walking distance to several local restaurants and shops, which we took advantage of during our short stay. the reason I chose this place was because of its close proximity to the St Pete Beach Community Center for a wedding we were attending. I was definitely happy with this choice and would recommend it to anyone needing a nice, clean place to stay!!

more info in room on surrounding area, ie-grocery stores, as there are no staples in room( coffee, filters)
