Exceptional

Great location on the outskirts of town with a lovely view from the room. There is a restaurant in the facility and a full breakfast was included with the stay. All staff we met had a positive attitude and were very friendly. I'd highly recommend this hotel.

Super comfortable, and quiet.

There were full service breakfasts included every day in a bright and cheery dining room. The view from our room was lovely, and the hotel was very quiet. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Great restaurant right across the highway.

Beautiful location but expensive

Beautiful location, loads of amenities, very friendly staff. Breakfast included was excellent.

The room was older, clean but nothing special for the cost. I found it very expensive, $325 for one night, had a dog with us and a couple of other hotels were sold out or don’t take dogs so we took this one because it was getting late. We weren’t there to use the amenities, just to sleep, eat breakfast and go, way too expensive for that.

Overall, exceeded my expectations. Front desk worker, Daina, was exceptionally helpful. Great gym

very handy to have the restaurant in this facility, as the location of the hotel is about 9km away from the city center. Pleasant dining room, clean Food could be improved No water offered

dinner was disapointing, I had the steak salad. The description on the menu read better then what was presented. the steak was not hot, and had a cold grease after taste, with next to no goat cheese. The carrot cake was partially frozen also

Extremely comfortable.

Other than the comment below, everything else was exceptional!

The room did not have a carpet, which was fine, but it also did not have a rubber or carpet mat for boots inside the doorwall-entrance. We tracked in sand when bringing in luggage, which then we tracked all over the room.

Our state was very pleasurable and we definitely will be doing it again

The experience was very pleasant of the staff was great the rooms were neat and tidy we couldn't ask for more

The water in the hot tub seem to be very cloudy maybe because of the system that they use then I've been acquiring system may have been a saltwater system

Beautiful property. The staff were great.

Vacuuming at 8:20am and lawn mowing at 8:30am… I was hoping to sleep in during my vacation, especially coming in from BC and trying to adjust to the time change.

Excellent value for money. Great location with wonderful view of the mountains in Thunder Bay.

The complimentary breakfast was great - selections from the regular menu. The front desk staff were very friendly. The location was perfect for where we wanted to go.

Bathrooms were on the small side - only one person at a time.

Short but Sweet !

Excellent location, beautiful view of the mountains 3 minutes from the ski area. The hotel is beautiful , offers a lot in the way of facilities, ie. gym, swimming pool , restaurant ( even though closed due to COVID we could see these were well maintained and inviting for guests under normal conditions.

1) No microwave in the room , very convenient . 2) we didn’t like that we had to pay normal prices for facilities that weren’t available to us . Our pricing should have been discounted or adjusted in someway

we gotta cut our stay as we didn’t sleep well due to the noises from aircon, fridge and hallway. as well as the bed was
