I liked the room lay out and the hot tub was very nice . Staff was nice too wish they had a pool and free brekfast option for 300$ a night
No room service , no pool. And we had to pay extra for parking which I think should be free. With a room purchase

a bathroom in the lobby would be nice

Pretty much the only extraordinary aspect of the hotel is that it is steps away from the Forks Market.
Almost everything. The staff that checked me in was pretty ill-mannered and short with me. I felt as though I was inconveniencing them. It was New Year's eve so...okay? Stressful night to be working I guess? There are essentially no hotel amenities like a fitness centre or pool (only an overpriced spa and restaurant). The room itself was nothing to write home about. It's comfortable but the shower/bath is a bit underwhelming. The worst part of all however, is the parking situation. I've always wanted to try staying here for New Year's eve. Big mistake. The hotel does not have any private parking for hotel guests. You can pay for your FNP parking fare at reception but after that, you are left to fend for yourself. If you don't find parking, tough. On New Year's eve, there is no parking, period. Would it really be so difficult to make an arrangement with FNP parking so that stalls surrounding the hotel are reserved for guests? Normally, I wouldn't be so harsh with my review but I paid $314 for one night. With that kind of money, I would expect more guest-centred care and attention. Like I said, the location is the ONLY thing influencing that price. You are likely to get a better bang for your buck at the Fairmont, Fort Garry or Delta which are not far from the Forks anyway.

Very clean and the rooms are beautiful!

Great location, lots of shopping and restaurants within walking. Clean comfortable rooms, Nice fitness center and great restaurant/bar
4.2
Location was good for parking your vehicle and walking.
Very expensive for what we felt was a dated property. Paying for parking on top of the accommodation tax added an extra $40 per night. Hoped for a luxury type feel to the room etc. but it was nothing but ordinary, including one ply toilet paper. Poorly designed room, large none the less. No lavish comforts for that location or price point. All in all a clean, mostly comfortable room but that’s all.

Absolutely outstanding room and extremely comfortable.
I seem to have been double charged for my room and have yet to be refunded the deposit as it has almost been a week. Would not recommend again.

Inn at the Forks has a lovely, modern aesthetic while still being cozy and welcoming. The location is perfect. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

quiet. no road noise

location
no pool

The restaurant on the premises was nicely decorated and the food good quality. The location at the Forks is the best part of the hotel as you can enjoy the grounds, the market, and are close to downtown as well.
I thought the price was on the higher side for Winnipeg.

Location was nice. Hotel was new and clean.
Beds were not great. Shower would be in a cheap hotel. Room was poor quality.
