Best choice for downtown Winnipeg.

Location was great - downtown. Very clean and modern compared to the other hotels downtown.

Not the hotels fault but the Tim’s next door wasn’t open for a quick breakfast before checking out and we refused to pay the crazy prices the hotel charges for breakfast items. Bizarre that a Tim’s would be closed on a Sunday morning! Not very convenient.

Schönes Hotel, angenehme Atmosphäre

Zimmer sehr gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, grosser Sessel am Fenster mit Blick über die Stadt ,war cool Es war an alles gedacht, auf Nachhaltigkeit wurde geachtet. Sehr ansprechende Lobby, 24/7 Getränke und Snacks, nette Bar.

the weird chair was cool ... the mini fridge should be higher off the floor... the shower was amazing ...tv should be upgraded to a larger size ... but really no complaints from us !!! why must I keep going ??????????????????

My stay was very disappointing.

Location was the only positive of my stay.

There was no housekeeping services for 2/3 night of my stay. The room was extremely same and only a double bed not a queen as requested. Elevator broke and myself my mother and 2 other guests were stuck inside with no one coming to help us- even though we used the call button multiple times. There was no apology or refund for this.

The staff were amazing!

The staff were fantastic and friendly they worked with me and not against me with my problems I had! Tasha is an absolute breath of fresh air!

Needed a fan in the room. Or a way to make the temperature cooler.

it was an okay stay the evening staff after midnight could have been nicer

very close to the arena the washroom and the lobby looked fancy

When we checked in we told the guy that we would just be sleeping there and I could sleep on the floor. When I went to book the hotel I had put two guests by accident instead of three and the guy was understanding saying that would be okay but later on I asked if I could get more pillows and blankets from a different guy after midnight and he said the policy is two then he said I don’t know if the guy earlier said if it was okay and he could only get one blanket. Also the bathroom was very weird don’t need a glass panel in the shower facing the rest of the room when there was a chair facing the glass panel you could clearly see through it

i highly recommend staying at this hotel. it’s right downtown, right next to some good restaurants and bars. Staff were really nice and helpful. parking were very easy too!

It was convenient for our needs, staff was pleasent.

Close to the arena.

The entrance and trying to unload is difficult. Lighting in our room was sub par, and tv was very small all considering the size of rooms and how far the second bed is away from the tv.

Easy to find, the ambiance is really nice and the receptionist who checked us in did a great hob at making us feel welcome.

Although it’s my fault for not reading the description I find it weird that they didn’t have a fridge or microwave in the room considering I paid almost $300.

I’m a tea drinker and there was no tea only coffee in the room. They did have Tea downstairs for purchase.
