Hôtel propre et satisfaisante à une heure de marche du Fenway Park

Keith le manager nous a reçu à l'arrivée. Vraiment nice, il nous a upgrader sans qu'on lui demande. La chambre était satisfaisante. 1h pile de marche du Fenway Park donc parfait pour sauver trafic et parking :) Déjeuner correct, satisfaisant pour la gamme d'hôtel

Ça prenait vraiment beaucoup de temps avoir de l'eau chaude.

Over-priced, old, poorly maintained

Breakfast was fine. Staff, mostly, were friendly and helpful. Laundry facility was a bonus

Over-priced for the location. AC didn’t work and it took 2 days to get it working. Took 10-12 minutes each time we needed to get hot water to the shower/sink.

Rat infested Hotel

This hotel was the worst I've ever stayed in. The hotel is old and run down and rat infested with rats. The microwave was disgusting. The ceiling was peeling. Rusty windows that don't close. For the money I paid was not worth it. Motel 6 is better than this hotel. The staff lied and told me I was getting an upgrade. He was giving me a suite. This hotel does not have suites. Stay away from this place.

All the rooms must be renowated.

Breakfast was free and it was good.

The room was so old bathroom should be renew especially shower and shower head. Very old and dirty. Can not take a shower even.

they do not have cleaning my room and do not change the bath towel even I stayed 2 nights. very disappointed about that ! they charged my credit card $75 for security when I check in on 9/27, however still holding this amount from my bank until now !

Hotel was good, staff amazing.

the staff was excellent.

the only issue I had was that Bookings screwed something up and when I got there my room was not available. The staff scrambled to find us a room that was not supposed to be used - the shower didn’t work and it was not properly cleaned - but I was happy to just have beds for myself and my kids.

Expensive for what it is, could be cleaner, but comfortable enough and friendly staff.

It’s in a good location, the staff were friendly and it had parking at extra cost.

It wasn’t very clean, mould on the net curtains, and there was a rat running around outside. The place looked tired. I would say this place is worth $100 a night, not the $250 charged.

The staff was amazing!!! They couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful! The bed was comfortable and clean.

Needs a renovation. Everything was old. One of the lights in the room was broken and the bathroom was in need of new tub, sink and toilet. Overpriced for the stay.

The worst stay in my life...

The location is good

When I arrived I had to wait for 20 minutes to do the check in, even though it was only 7:00 pm, because the lady was not there. While I was waiting a rat passed on the hall to the rooms. The room and the installations of the hotel were very bad and for 245 $ a night is a complete robbery..

Location was great and really convenient.

No free parking and our first room had a broken window so we had to move to another room then that room didn't have cable TV and we didn't want to switch rooms again!

Do not stay there if you can

Not too far from public transprt

Awful..awful..awful....the room is full of cockroaches, little spiders and few mice evn visited us inside the room during the night. I would not recommend for any family to stay there with their kids. It was an awful experience for our whole family. Hotel staff including managers are very rude... During our stay someone hit our car, when we reported to the staff, they were very rude, neither helpful nor did anything to help us.

I can not recommend it. While the rate was lower it’s no value because of safety issues.

Room was in a dark corner of the property with no exterior lights and lock on the door unsafe. Electrical outlet/phone charger not working. Someone attempted to enter my room and left when they heard me. Staff was told but no follow up from them or apology.

Three of the four staff members verbally told me they would follow up on my experience but didn’t. The female staff member did change my room and upgraded it.

The location was good. They has a tea and coffee station. That was good. Restaurant's was short walk away. Supermarket 5 minutes walk. Quiet zone. Safe area.

The hotel seem to lack maintenance personnel. We had plumbing issues and reported it and no one came to fix it. Every night it's visible to see huge rats running around the property. Rats as big as ginnipigs . Management don't seem concerned.

Comfy bed, lots of space, great location, but no hot water.

Location was great, a short walk to the train station and near our son’s apartment. Some fine restaurants in the neighborhood .

Hot water for our shower; we stayed there a week, and had hot water for our morning shower only in two days. On another two days, the water was at best lukewarm. On three days there was only cold water for our showers. For the $1800 we paid for a 7 night stay— that’s over $200 per night— I would expect hot water for the shower. An occasional change of towels would be nice, too.
