Great location, decent rooms, acceptable breakfast, friendly staff, reliable and frequent tram to downtown (and somehow the trip is free in downtown direction)
No juice for breakfast, blocked HDMI ports on TV, no staff to help in the afternoon (but front desk number to call is there), no control of the heat in the room
4.0
Comfy bed, nice staffs, and great location.

Staff is very attentive and very communicative. Was called a day before arrival and the check in process was seamless. Everyone was friendly and professional.
The bed was a bit uncomfortable and we would’ve appreciated a few extra pillows (2 pillows provided, but one was large and firm and the other was small and too plush- they were “specialty” pillows I guess haha. Also, it may be worth for the property to invest in other parking options if possible but city travel is city travel.

Large room. Clean. Very comfortable bed.Immediate hot water in shower.
Noise of the T outside. Windows need to be resealed- cold air came through; comforter was very warm. Parking situation of the whole town.

Great location. Comfortable bed. Cool old house. Breatkfast pastries were nice. Post some info about the T in the lobby so people know how to pay for it and how to find info.
The room was cold. The radiator did not seem to be generating any heat. Could have things like an extra towel in the bathroom, and a box of tissues. Maybe a few yogurts in the fridge.

The man who moved our suitcase from the fourth floor to the first floor to change our room location.
The pillows. Cups, whether glass or paper, placed IN the room. There were no comfortable chairs or tables to sit and have breakfast. For my husband and me, one of the greatest benefits of a B&B is enjoying breakfast with other guests, enjoying conversation, meeting new people from new places etc.

I picked the Inn for its location and it was perfect for our needs
You should no longer advertise as a Bed and Breakfast. we paid $33 for parking and then were blocked in.the next morning. We had a long wait for someone to come and get the other patron's car keys and unblock us. The worst thing was our fault in the sense that we were very careless and left a valuable piece of hearing aid equipment as well as a pair of sneakers. But to say your staff was unhelpful would be quite the understatement. We did get some one to retrieve the hearing aid device but they never called back about what would happen next and no-one angered when we telephoned. Then the next day, I got hold of a much nicer person but she informed me of your policy of not mailing anything until you received a pre paid box - Thus adding considerable time to our obtaining the item. I got a granddaughter to go the Inn to get it but she was told that they had sent it to the other Inn's location. NO ONE TOLD US THAT. THIS MEANT ANOTHER UBER FOR MY GRANDAUGHTER AND MORE TIME AWAY FROM HER WORK.

Extremely cozy and super friendly staff!

The room had great Victoria charm and was clean.
The room was on first floor and check in and light breakfast are right outside your door. You can hear everything from the kurig machine to the front door slamming at all hours. My truck was squeezed into the tiny parking spot. Not the place for me.

Nice area of Boston
3.0
comfortable bed, the location is close to easy transportation and to some nice areas around, historic building in a safe area.
Our room keys didn't lock the door easily and even after locking, the door was not 100% closed. There was basically no breakfast or any important food or refreshments. It was hard to pull our suitcases up 4 floors on narrow stairs then bring them down.

Breakfast not up to my expectation

Terrible hotel in every aspect. Bad breakfast, bad facilities, terrible staff, even more terrible price. In addition to that, they charge 30 dollars daily for parking. Of course, they don’t tell you that, and only charge you days later. This place should be shut down

Loved everything! Great place, best beds!

There was no coffee or tea or any kind of breakfast until after 9 AM. The microwave ovens and the whole breakfast area has not been cleaned in days. The breakfast choices were meager. There was no one at the front desk until 9 AM.

Loved that it was so close to the T. The manager who was on duty on Labor Day was very helpful and accommodating for our travel concerns.
Creaky beds, tiny lobby area.

we didn’t have a great experience at the stay at all, none of the facilities were available. they gave us stale breakfast, no person was available to bring the bags down from the 4th floor, WiFi didn’t work properly, AC didn’t work, the bathroom door didn’t close. also the person sitting on the desk looked very ill.
I didn’t like anything about the property except for the location.
1.5
The location was really good and close to a lot of restaurants and cool bars. Right next to a T station as well for the green line.
There was hardly ever anyone working the desk, just a number to call if you ran into any issues. When I checked in there was nobody there, and the check in process was really confusing. Also nobody did any cleaning services, so I went 4 days with nobody taking out trash or anything which was a bit gross. The WiFi consistently would drop out for some unknown reason, and was a bit weak. The cable also did not work in the room. Breakfast was alright, there packets of oatmeal and bananas and a Keurig machine for coffee.
