Bed was very comfortable for me and after a strenuous road trip, fell asleep quickly! For my husband the bed was not as comfortable but he comes across that problem fairly often. Easy access on arrival from Hwy 1 and easy access on to the perimeter when carrying on with our road trip.

Breakfast was good and there is coffee 24h. Room was of decent size (although not really a suite, as usually in these hotels)
It seems a bit dated.

Très bien, personnel trè courtois. Je n’hésiterai pas à le recommander.

Nice flag
Booking.com has this property listed as one with EV car chargers. There are none. The hotel blaimed Booking.
The heat/air unit was the noisiest I've ever experienced. Finally just shut it off.
The kids running around on the floor above us finally stopped when we complained to the front desk.

Beds were comfortable and rooms were a fair size. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The pool was closed. It would be nice to see a vegan option for breakfast. The location was a long way from city centre but good for the ring road.

Not much
I fell in the lobby and hurt my arm and ribs. After the manager helped me up there was no follow up to see if I was ok or not. When my wife went to get more bandaids the staff knew nothing about what happened. I find the lack of interest in my situation enough to never stay there again

The room appeared clean and was presented well. Nothing fancy or high end though.
The mattress was uncomfortable and my husband and I woke up with sore hips and had a restless sleep due to poor quality mattress.
Unfortunately we came when the pool was closed for maintenance but we were not aware as my Mom booked this hotel for us.
The breakfast ended at 9 but we were told 11 at the desk the evening before.

Very clean room, comfortable beds. necessary items such as a refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Very good air conditioner, really nice restaurant pretty close.
Shampoo and conditioner only for one. we stayed as a family and for two people these hygienic items are not enough.
Breakfast was not very varied or super tasty. Enough to eat but not enjoy.

Beautiful spacious room with 2 really comfy beds and bedding, each with 4 pillows - WOW. Good size fridge and microwave. Hotel spotless, clean and modern. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet alone was probably worth the price of our room. We are returning from our trip through Regina again and will definitely rebook this hote. Exceptional
Absolutely nothing. Everything was amazing.

Breakfast was great! They didn’t have the “dark roast” coffee which was a little disappointing

room had an ear plug on the floor when we checked in. it stayed the entire time. pool was closed with no warning. legit chose the hotel for the pool.

Since it was a handicap room, it was very large and comfortable. We stayed in Room 218 which is great in every way except has absolutely no view out the window except for the back side of the gable over the motel entry. We also were very impressed with the front desk staff which allowed us early entry to our room when we got into Regina earlier than expected.
The breakfast was a huge disappointment. The potatoes were undercooked and cold. The eggs were not real and cold. Thankfully, there was a waffle maker and the orange juice was excellent.

Location
Dirty room, lobby, halls. Broken showers. Staff seemed bothered and annoyed and unaware of surroundings. Loud at night. Breakfast was horrid

Staff were very kind.
Hotel is showing its age. Booking app did not indicate the pool closure.

Room was nice, and the staff were good. Good selection of snacks and essentials are available. Room was very clean, which is the most important thing. Good sound isolation in the room, didn't hear anyone from the hallway or outside, this was a plus because the Hotel was fully booked. Close to lots of restaurants.
There were three things I was unhappy with. The first two are of equal importance to me.
1) The A/C/Heater unit was VERY loud and had a loud annoying rattle that sounded like a out of tune maraca. I fixed the rattle by stuffing a pillow between some of the vents on the unit. Didn't help the loudness though.
2) Pillows were just pathetic, small and skinny. Two pillows equal one standard pillow. You can tell that they've been well used. Bring your own if you want a good nights sleep.
3) Breakfast was nothing to look at, I miss the days when you would get a really nice hot breakfast when you stayed at a nice hotel.
4) A bonus one! The Hotel room windows do not open. I personally like fresh air, even in winter. So if this is important to you, now you know!

The room was cozy with very comfortable pillows and beds were great. The breakfast was awesome, great choices of meat and other options. Enjoyed the coffee maker, we got in late and a hot coffee was very much appreciated after a long drive. The microwave was a bonus, we were able to warm up some food.
The pool and hot tub were closed for renovation, this was not posted on the website. I was very disappointed, I booked this hotel with the hope of going for a soak in the hot tub to start our day as we had another long drive ahead of us. I had requested a late check out, which was given at no extra charge, but we didn't use because the hot tub was closed.

I like almost everything about this hotel. The quality of service, the room cleanliness and the facility all exceed my expectations. I rarely type long reviews for a hotel, but for the price they charge me compare to other Inn I stayed in. This is the best.
The air condition system, yes it is remotely controlled by a panel. But sometimes it cannot reach the temperature I want to reach... Its either heat or AC... I only want some cool wind but not too cold, but if I change to heat, it gives hot wind... nothing in the middle.

Bloody sheets were never changed.... kind of gross

Location was good and we appreciated being allowed to check-in early to store shopping. The room was pleasant and exactly as pictured regarding decor and layout, which is shy I chose it. Breakfast was okay.
The upkeep on the room lacked attention. There were tiles off the baseboard, very poor grout repair on the tub and grout missing on the floor. The drapes had been pulled off their hooks in places so they didn't draw well. scrapes on the furniture...possibly a rowdy guest which makes your job harder unfortunately. The biggest complaint was that there was no usb port to charge my phone. 5 lights with plugs in the base and not one had a usb port! I had to go out and purchase an adaptor. That made the room very outdated. The receptionist was not able to help and that can't be a rare request.
