Great time, clean and reasonably priced place to stay.

Slow check in. Very crowded and kios check in was not working properly. Strip is like a maze. Not easy to access other nearby hotels.

Overall the hotel had what we needed and was comfortable with a baby for a business trip.

The room was very spacious and our room was conveniently located close to elevator and my meetings. Meeting space was very nice and easy to walk to with plenty of close restrooms.

I did not like that it was hard to find less expensive food choices and that the only choices given to order by phone were hamburgers and pizza. Where is the rest of the room service food like breakfast? I did NOT LIKE that I had to pay $40 for Valet (because I had an infant with me) and $50 to self park for 2 days. I found out later that my room key would pay for the parking? But I had left it at checkout as I always do. I HATED the smoke. Also, our carpet had some kind of Black residue all over it. Our bare feet were black and it ruined our socks. I could not let my infant crawl on the floor. Room 1628. Weird that check-in and casino are on a separate level. Traveling with a stroller meant more elevator rides than usual.

Great Location and very clean

Check in and Checkout was very easy, Location of hotel was perfect center of everything and loads of shops , restaurants , bars within walking distance. Hotel room was very spacious and clean.

Très chouette hôtel! Je le recommanderais si vous voulez une position centrale et que vous aimez le shopping

L emplacement privilégié sur le Strip, la taille de la chambre, lits très confortables! Chambre très bien insonorisée.

Le personnel du casino, surtout une dame, qui a agresse verbalement ma fille de 20ans et a appelé le service de sécurité!

Posizione centrale sulla Strip. Camera accogliente e spaziosa con grandi letti comodi. Non abbiamo prenotato una camera con vista sulla Strip ma anche quella sul retro con vista (parziale) su The Sphere. Hotel nuovo e ben tenuto. Il prezzo è ottimo in rapporto ad altri hotel della stessa categoria soprattutto considerando la posizione.

Ticket di parcheggio non utilizzabile in altre strutture dello stesso gruppo.

It was clean and bed was comfortable, plenty of room

The was no tea or coffee facilities, I did know that when I booked, doesn’t seem to be available in any hotels in Vegas. Wasn’t happy about that.

Otel stripin merkezinde, konumu çok merkezi, odamız çok geniş ve tertemizdi.safir manzarası muhteşemdi.

Girişte depozito diye bir ücret alınıp çıkarken usd 50 kadar saçma bir kesinti yapıldı.ne kesildiğini anlamadık.avm kısmına gitmek ve otelden dışarı çıkmak için casinonun içinden geçmek zorunda olmak çocuklarla kötü oldu.

Overall, a very good experience

Large rooms, clean, friendly staff. Good location. The shows available were great.

Toilet was loose, shower drain had issues draining. When we checked in, it would have been great to have more staff checking in guests.

Qualita/prezzo ottimo

Panorama sulla sphere, centralissimo, è bastato scendere per vedere molte attrazioni (tour Eiffel e mongolfiera, Bellagio...). Piscina al sesto piano ottima.

Purtroppo i vulcani non erano funzionanti.

Grande hotel con due piscine e mall annesso con svariati ristoranti. Camere molto spaziose, letti comodi, posizione centralissima ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo

Non è fa ile fare check-in e check-out per la quantità di persone e non è comodo posteggiare. Per il resto ottimo per visitare Las Vegas

Relaxing with a view of the strip.

It’s location is sensational. It’s close to all the main events and locations in the strip. The view of the room was also very nice, as we were able to see the Bellagio Fountains.

I think the room could be a bit more renovated. We stayed in this same location and room a few years back (2019 or 2018). At that time, we were mesmerized by the room, it looked all new and pristine. This time, the room looked ok. Some damages on some walls and the bathtub was with some issues on the sink. Overall it was fine, just a small note for improvement.

Busy but fine

Excellent pool, fitness centre is fine, location is perfect along the strip for what I needed. Love that miracle mile shops are adjoined. Rooms are great size.

It is a very busy hotel, food is overpriced, elevators very slow at times, but it's what you expect!

We had a awesome time and loved our room

I like that it’s right in the middle of everything we love doing and all the shows

I didn’t like that the coffee makers were removed from the rooms and there are no microwaves

Don't stay here if you expect a nice hotel. The only good thing is the location.

Location. Bed was comfortable.

Terrible service. Old hotel. Incredibly expensive. Check in was a mess, long lines no matter when you go. Pool was old and gross, no shade anywhere. Everything costs extra. Room supposed to be "ultra hip" but looked more like an old motel room with carpet and no view.

Horrible service, horrible property. Has gone downhill.

Location is good.

No water the last day of our stay which is completely unacceptable. When I called maintenance to let them know and ask if they could bring bottled water they hung up on me. I called the front desk to ask for bottled water after they told me there were no rooms with water and they told me I could purchase water downstairs. I purchased a room I should have been able to shower, brush my teeth and wash my face in, bottled water was the least they could provide. To add to the dissatisfaction, the guy at check in said I should call when I need housekeeping and when I called to have the room cleaned they argued with me about how I “opted out” and never came to clean the room.

Excellent location, room bedding and fitness suite but no 'free of charge' sunbeds near either pool

Location on the Strip is excellent and close to the Miracle Mile shops and restaurants. Very good bedding, mattress and pillows. The fitness centre had all of the equipment for cardio and strength training.

The pool had some 'free of charge' sun loungers but none were near the pools and didn't get the sun before about 11 am. Not impressed.

Location, access to shopping, extremely clean. The ultra long resort room was extremely spacious with a great view.

Clean and comfortable rooms.

Comfortable beds, size of room was great. Signs to get around were decent to maneuver through the hotel.

NOISY NEIGHBORS who partied LOUDLY til 3 am one night and 5 am the next despite asking them to quiet down.

Huge, clean, and quiet rooms.

The rooms were so large and comfortable. The soaker tub was great for resting tired feet. I loved that the Miracle Mile Shops were right there. A Starbucks and other great restaurants. It was a great stay.

Super Lage, große Zimmer, war sehr ruhig in den Zimmern, essen im Hotel ist sehr gut, auch die günstigeren lokale. Zimmerservice ist sehr bemüht und freundlich

Föhn hat während der Ankunft gefehlt, brauchten leider mehr als 24 h diesen zu ersetzen nach 2 Mal erinnern. Zimmer war nicht welches auf der booking Seite beworben wurde, sondern ältere. Dafür gute Aussicht auf the sphere und hoch oben

Not terrible, but not worth the price

I loved that there was a tub in the bathroom, and that there was (mostly) easy access to food

I kept having to get duplicate keys because they wouldn't work in the elevator, I had to ask for someone to unclog the bathroom sink, and all but one food place would close at 10pm.

La reserva contaba 1000 usd me costó 1900 el doble nos ven la cara de idiotas con los precios de ustedes y el precio final pague el doble de lo que decían ustedes

Limpieza a cuartos no hicieron mi cuarto en 5 de 7 noches y no me descontaron nada la sábanas sucias de los huéspedes anteriores y además me cobraron el doble de lo que decía mi reserva

Excellent! Best room and location.

It's a perfect hotel for those looking to be in the middle of the action. It's near everything: restaurants, CVS, Bellagio Fountain, Marquee Club, Paris Hotel, Ceasar's Hotel and so much more. If you like clubs, it's a 15min walk to Omnia too (it's the club inside Ceaser's Hotel). If you are going to Adele's concert and you are not willing to stay at Ceaser's too, Planet Hollywood it's a great option. It's worth it to invest a little more and be on the Las Vegas Strip because you can walk anywhere and not use Uber or other transportation. I've stayed at Shoe Horse (aka old Bally's) and Link; Planet Hollywood it's better. About the room: super big and spacious, and I could even see the Sphere from my room! Super cool! The bathroom was great: shower, bathtub separate AND toilet separated; super good when you are in groups. Trust me, stay at Planet Hollywood!

If you need a late check out: $50 extra + $10 every hour, so be careful if you need that. But if you do use it, it's speed check out, no need to stay in the check out line in the end.
