Way better then I expected

I was surprised at the room was so new and nice , the pics on your web site need to be upgraded.

Nice and Comfortable

The location was perfect. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was clean, and the view of the strip was beautiful at night.

The additional resort fee charged at checkout for 1-night that was missed at check-in.

My overall experience is great. Parking is easy access to the main hotel building which I like.

The parking area is located to the hotel itself which makes it more convenient for my son who is disabled. The hotel room is not to far from the parking area. The room is being clean even with out us telling them. That is exce[too Al for me. The refrigerator is also convenient to me because my son does have special food that needs to be refrigerated.

The hotel has only few selection of restaurant.

didn’t like how there wasn’t a Monorail to this hotel in Vegas but at least Lyfts to go the center were cheap.. water pressure for the showers was weak and not warm enough

I would rate this hotel to stars, it has gone downhill

free parking and valet staff were exceptional

immediately, after entering, the room, toilet seat was loose every day the sink clogged, and the phone didn’t work that I had trouble with the TV. I called and asked for lights service. The next morning was never done their disappointment not up to the expectations especially for the price.

Close to mall, Starbucks, CVS, in hotel.

So disappointing, the hotel was run down and dirty. we were shocked at the condition of the room when we arrived. Floor not vacuumed, as evidenced by a quarter still hanging out by the bed, bathroom not cleaned—hair everywhere. Refrigerator kept drinks lukewarm at best. Although the room was considered ‘non-smoking’, it smelled like someone was smoking in the rooms near us. Decor and whole vibe was old and sad.

It was not family friendly, in room dining was closed more often than open. The hotel was very tired looking, it was dark and smelt of stale tabacoo and drink combined. Not a great choice of restaurants within the hotel.
