The setting/grounds are fantastic. Convenience to Stanford campus is a bonus.
More EV charging stations would be great.

The room was nice. Soothing art, comfortable bed, and a nice view from the balcony. The water refill station has high-quality water.
Some rooms do not have a microwave.

Rom was clean and nice. Good location.
Breakfast was the least best part.

The property is beautiful. Love the flowers and trees.

Comfortable
The person in the lobby was very rude , seriously we got to the place at midnight and yet he still was rude and made us wait

The room has a modern look to it and decoration was very nice , large bathroom updated and modern look to it . extremely clean over all , room smell great, the bed was comfortable and the hotel is located is quiet.
Expand the breakfast area and add different choices :)

Love the trees and oasis in the city.
I thought the “creek” might have water since we’ve had so much rain. It was completely dry in July…. Maybe it is a dry creek, not sure. We paid a bit extra to have creek side… which was disappointing, since there isn’t any flowing creek. Also didn’t have time to use the pool or hut tub but you still have to pay $15 resort fee. ☹️

Nice swimming pool, good sandwich shop on premises.

We are former PA residents and have stayed at Creekside many times since we moved far away. It is like coming home. I particularly love your beautiful healthy garden!
You are going to need many more EV charging stations soon. We managed to charge the car, but sometimes had to get up at 1 or 2 a.m. to take the cord from someone who was finished to plug into our car.

attractive grounds. Close to everything yet very quiet.
Need to update their website. Website listed light breakfast foods provided in the lobby in the mornings. They actually don't.

The food is not good. More work needs to be done for the food. I know the restaurant and deli is outsourced but it didn't taste good.
Everything else was OK. Receptionist are courteous and rooms were clean and I enjoyed my stay.

the staff at the hotel were excellent. they were friendly, professional and wonderful to deal with.

We loved how neat and clean it was. It was very quiet and when I forgot my sweater, they found it and are holding it at the front for me.
Coffee cups could have been a little larger.

a couple bottles of water would have been nice, and a microwave.

My partner and I have stayed here many times in the past, but it has been a while since our last visit (about a year). It is still a lovely and peaceful property and exceptionally clean. The beds are super comfy and there is ample parking, and the property feels very safe.
In the past, I have always marveled at the exceptional customer service. This time, I was not impressed. The person who checked us in, while not rude, just seemed bored and indifferent. She did her job correctly and took all the right "steps" to check us in, but it wasn't a particularly welcoming experience. Also, there are amenities fees now, but it seems like some of the things that we liked most about the hotel are no longer available. Check out used to be at noon, but now it is at 11. We called to see if we could get a late check out and were told "we don't do that on weekends", which also hasn't been the case in the past. The hotel was not at full capacity and we were leaving on a Sunday morning, so a little flexibility would have been appreciated.

No hot water, things that looked like bugs on the furniture.

Bed was comfortable and room was very clean.
I didn't realize the temperature control was on a device inside a drawer and was a bit chilly the first night.
4.3
Staff was nice enough and there was coffee and tea in the lobby. The rooms were big and very clean though obviously older. The property was clean too. Sad that the restaurant was closed. We didn't really have time to use any of the facilities so I can't comment about that. I liked the filtered water dispenser.
The price was amazingly reasonable so you can't expect luxury and this was a very good option if you're looking for low price with comfort and cleanliness and a great location. Sadly, it was so cold when were hoping to come in and warm up.
I had asked specifically for the sofa bed to be set up prior to our arrival. The hotel replied it would be. But it wasn't and there weren't enough pillows and blankets. The room was freezing cold when we got there and it was super cold and rainy outside so we turned on the heat which began to heat up the room (except the bathroom which continued to be cold for the entire stay.)
We had plans so couldn't wait for our bedding but called for them to leave it in our room. We left the heat on, hoping it would be up to temp when we returned.
When we returned, the room was freezing cold again and the heat had been turned all the way off, apparently when they delivered the bedding. We were so cold while we had to make the sofa bed up. The sofa bed wasn't very comfortable (most sofa beds aren't) but my daughter slept ok. Our beds were very comfy but we were still so cold when we went to bed, we left the heat on and then were super hot in the night as its a wall unit and not a thermostat.
Overall, we had a good stay but being so cold really impacted my comfort.

Clean bed and room.
No breakfast. I was aiming for Stanford University but the location is kinda further than I thought.
