Nice staff, pool was relaxing after a long day Plenty of outdoor lighting and security cameras

1st room, window had a hole in it like a small rock or pellet gun hit it, they quickly changed our room ( which was appreciated as we had our kids with us, and want them to be safe) but 2nd room (which we stayed in for 2 nights) we found "little friends" (roaches) in the bathroom. Bathroom door had a small hole like someone punched the door, but we didn't complain as we understood they are remodeling. Night time was a little uneasy as there was a man running through the halls who appeared to be intoxicated and made me (female, 37) uncomfortable but not really hotels fault

Great price

Comfy bed, clean room, microwave, and mini fridge. All the basics for a very affordable price. It’s a good pit stop before heading into SF. Didn’t expect much food wise, but they did have the makings of a PB&J and coffee available which was perfect to hold us over. Also pet friendly.

Non smoking room stank really bad of smoke. Pillows were like bricks.

Good location.

The first room I got the shower didn't get hot. So they switched me. This room the shower was hot but the heater didn't work and there was no phone in the room for me to call and let them know. When it's 30 degrees at night and the heater isn't working....I'll just leave it at that. I wasn't offered anything for a horrible experience

I didn’t like anything about this place

parking, bed, bathroom, squeaky floor. they remodeled the room and bathroom. they put the door for the shower on the toilet side, so getting in and out was difficult. the towels that were in the bathroom were dirty and had what looked like pubes on them. the bed was an over used uncomfortable POS. my wife couldn’t use the hair dryer because it was melted. all I’m all not good.

I was worried to stay at this place

I asked for a non-smoking room and they gave me a room that smelled a lot of weed. Also the room did know feel safe. The door was missing a lock. Please take more precautions.

Booking,com or any other travel site should be embarrassed to offer this place as an option!

The breakfast was just toast and cereal with jelly and no butter. The location was adequate. I would not call what was made available a breakfast,

For starters the bed spread had to be changed because it was stained, The desk was not wiped down and we did most of that ourselves! As for being handicap accessible there was no seat in the shower for someone in a wheelchair to sit on. So if you aren't in a wheelchair at least there are grab bars to hold on to. All the tile seams in the corners had cracks and gaps.

You expect more for a hotel in the Bay area.

There wasn’t much to like. It was a place to sleep and the water was hot I guess.

The AC was awful, the room was very dark. The smoke detector wasn’t installed and had exposed wires. There was a hole in the bathroom door. TV didnt work. There were stains (mold?) on the bathroom ceiling. Oh and the office is very understaffed or mismanaged. When I arrived for check in, the only attendant was on his lunch break and had to run in, lunch in hand, to check me in. Poor management!

When I went to go get my room they said that they didn't have no room available for me so I don't know why it might be rated for the night if I didn't get to stay in your hotel so I would like my money to be refunded if you took my money out of my account
