Pool was nice
No closet and hangers to hang clothes, no ice bucket. Had to use trash can for ice. I didn't get directions to my room. I had to find my room on my own. Was given the wrong room at first. Opened the door to an occupied room!!! Had to go back to the desk and given another room. I was not provided with pool towels. I had to use bath towels at the pool. Long waits for the elevator. The bed was not comfortable. No conditioner was provided. No lotion either. Only shampoo was provided. There was no hair dryer. I didn't get any info when I checked in. Towel exchange, indoor pool, Luau closed, etc.

It's a great value, staff is very friendly
The heated pool still isn't up, but they have done so much after the hurricane, so I was ok with the pool being down

Great location and recently renovated pool area and sea wall and entrance/steps to the beach. However the pool heater was NOT working and the pool was very COLD
The Unit we rented was awful. The tile floor was trashed and dirty. The furnishings looked they were original from the 70’s. The mattresses were cheap and paper thin. The linens were low quality and toward end of life. There was rust on top of refrigerator and plaster was falling off the ceiling in the kitchen.

The hotel was OK. Very disappointed that the pool was closed especially because I checked a few times and was told they should have it open by the time our trip came around.
The amenities in the room were.scarce. no toaster, no dish rack, no stopper for the kitchen sink, no dish rags or tea towels, no oven ware, no dish soap or broom or other cleaning products. We could have used more towels as well. The water was shut off for one of the 2 days without notice and the pool was not open

The view. The staff was friendly and helpful.
No wifi until the last day. Wasn't told about no pool until I arrived.

Nothing, extremely poor all aspects!!
Pool closed, Beach access closed, hotel rooms dirty with food in bedding. Asked for clean washed sheets, was told understaffed and none available. Rooms smelled mold and mildewy. No hot water to kitchen sink. Refrigerator rusty outside handles and door, Fridge barely kept food cool, not cold but cool. NO ice machine access, Again no linen for sofa sleeper, bed linens had stains and food inside the top sheets. We were a five, but had to make due with 3 bath, 2 hand, 3 wash clothes pretty much our 3 day stay. Again was told no staff to do laundry. Also, advertises pool, gift shop, tiki bar, patio, and dinning...NONE were operating during our visit, all closed for repairs. It was the worst hotel stay I've ever experienced. We would have gone to west coast had we known the inability and disaster of the east coast from a hurricane over 8 months ago. Normally a business should be required to notify guests of the deficits to their business. Not Hawaiian Inn, never recommend nor will I ever return. Very poor should be closed.

What breakfast?
No comfortable seating.

It was on the beach. That's the only thing I can say that is good about it.
No indoor or outdoor pool, no putt putt, the mattress was so broken down it should have been thrown in the garbage, the game room card machine was broken, the rooms were very run down.

The size of the room. It was perfect for our family and accommodated all of us. Shower pressure and hot water were great.
The pool nor any of their amenities were open. They said it was on the website when I booked way back in March but it in fact was not or I wouldn’t have booked it. The staff acted like they didn’t care that we were unhappy and just brushed us off. The Wi-Fi didn’t work in our room all week we couldn’t connect phones tablets or even the tv. When I told staff about this and asked to be moved rooms we were never contacted back and completely ignored. We had to request maid service and then the maid was late getting to the room while my family was getting ready for dinner and many of them walking around in towels from just showering. It was the worst stay I have ever had in 20 years of vacationing as an adult with my own family. We will never go back there again.

I thought the room was nice and clean other than the stove that was the oldest stove I’ve ever seen. I had went by the pictures and was so disappointed. I actually bought food to cook
as far as it being the oldest building I’ve ever seen. there was construction going on right next to the balcony where I’m sitting

There was nothing I liked about the property
The property was disgusting. The pool wasn’t fixed the rooms were disgusting. The first room had blood stains on the sheets and floor so they moved us rooms to a whole Nother level and that room also was disgusting and had blood stains on the floor.

I liked the balcony and view
My room was freezing cold, I couldn't shut the air off,the front desk told me ,there is nothing they could do, gave me an extra blanket. Lol after 3xs of maintenance and complaining, I demanded another room. The air conditioning in the 2nd room was set at 50°, but I was able to turn it off. The tub had dirty foot prints, but they came and cleaned it after I asked. The pool is closed, the beach access is closed, the wifi doesn't work. The restaurant vent was outside my bedroom window, it was loud and stinky.

Great location, large pool and awesome outside bar. The dinner and show at the Inn was fantastic!

Location and pricing
Rooms always have problems with water in rooms., from sliding doors. Water presure is another problem. Communication was none with situation with hurricane.
4.5
The view and sounds of the ocean waves
The door to the balcony was a heavy store type glass tension door and it would not stay open on its own had to prop a chair between it to be able to enjoy the ocean breeze and the sound of the waves. it would have been very good if it was a sliding door. Defeat the purpose of having the ocean side room and not be able to have the door open to enjoy it. The condensation in the room from having the balcony door open was terrible. Everything becomes wet and the floor is very slippery when it's wet. Constantly having to wipe things down and keep a towel to walk on the floor so you don't slip and fall.

location
there was black mold in the cabinets, the ac vents, along the door frames. I was sick for a week after my start. the ac barley worked.
4.0
location, I loved it being right on the beach and had a private pool and bar and not too too far from the boardwalk.
little things here and there seemed a little outdated, but that’s being picky to me.
