We had a good time until we had to go back to the room it was awful

There was no breakfast location was good

It was nothing like pictures. Mold in the shower floors dirty it turned our feet black the wall Ac unit was filthy . And the kitchen appliances and cabinets were sticky the walk way was horrible grass needed to be cut the Ac didn’t work that good . Of I could have gotten my money back that day we would have stayed some where else . We had to go and buy cleaning supplies to clean up so we could stay we had roach motels cartridge all over the place .

We weren't in the rm 30 min!! Horrible!!

The advertisment said we would be beach side. When we showed up the office was closed. We called the # on the door for the lady to give us our room number and the code to the key box to unlock our door across the st from the beach (reserved beach side. As we got close to our room, a drunk lady greeted us picking our key up from under the door mat. Once inside there were Roches on the floor. The lady told me "if you live in Florida you will have roaches". (I in Florida and don't have roaches in our house!!!) I noticed we had a window in our room so I opened the curtains and we were a sidewalk away from A1A and the traffic noises. I also noticed our bottom floor window right on A1A DID NOT lock! I pushed the window back open than closed it and the locks still didn't work but the window got jammed after a couple tries. I knocked on the drunk ladies door that showed us our key under the mat and explained to her our room was not safe without a locking window. She called her boss which I spoke to and the boss says "she has no other rooms and we have to deal with it or leave".She never said she could have the window locks worked on or even bring us a board to put in the window so no riff raff breaks in while we sleep. Therefore we left. We contacted Booking.com for a refund. Booking.com contacted the motel and they refused to return our money for me and my girlfriend not being safe in a room directly on A1A and the non locking window was jammed.Not to mention they also false advertise they have a pool. The drunk lady told us "there pool hasn't worked since the last storm" and to go beach side and use the neighbors motel pool they won't mind "?? I contacted the motel personally and explained to them the window is jammed because it was not properly installed/old and no locks.This is thee worst experiences with this site i won't use it again and I would NEVER recommend ANYONE staying at this place!!

EVERYTHING....Never made it to our room....NO ONE there to check us in...received a "check-in" email after we left....constructive workers outside had no idea where anyone was....VERY odd!!!!!! Were told NONE of this prior to check-in......Place looked rough from the outside! Paid up front.....getting money back now.....

Disgusting!!!!

We left 9 or 10 hours into a 5 day trip, we never stayed there.!!!! My bed was infested with bed bugs and I was eaten alive. I have bites and sores over my whole body. And Daytona Beach shores inn has stolen my money and will not give me my money back!!!!

NOTHING!!¡!?!!!!

Good

The price was great and the rooms were clean. It was close to the ocean and had a kitchen.

We got a larger room and it was across the street from the ocean. The was only street parking on that side and stairs to get to the rooms. So it was inconvenient to get luggage and groceries to the room.

DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS DUMP OR ON BOOKING.COM….CHECK OUT MY BEACH FRONT VIEW AND OUR GRILL…..WHAT A DAMN JOKE!!!

Absolutely Nothing…They lied about beach front and we were put across a 4 lane street…The room smelled musty the cooking utensils and pans we dirty and broken…The toilet is against the wall can’t even get comfortable….The room was hot only time cool is when you first walk-in…The refrigerator was broke had water pool at bottom and ruined our leftovers from restaurants… Speaking of takeout food we brought pizza there and put it in on the counter for like 30 mins went to put it away and out the box comes (2)roaches horrible so that went in the trash. Next the water I was in the shower and full of soap and bam the water goes off called off only for them to say we had to turn it off for repair ugh on what a vacant room they were remodeling and told us will be on in 30 mins absolutely no notification that it was getting turned off….enough is enough now I called booking.com and was told nothing they can do umm I believe I booked this from you and I’m under the impression you are aware of your properties that you allow on your site but apparently not soooo i will never use Booking.com again and I will be reporting to the BBB because I was scammed and had no place to take my family if I left this dump

Everything only to find out on the first day we weren’t the only ones they scammed as we talked to another family who was on hold with Booking.com because they did the same thing to them and guess what they were told…you guessed it nothing they can to either…So sad!!

It was nice having a end room that was both ocean front and pool view.

Our room was infested with German cockroaches. And this was a problem they knew about because upon further investigation of the room there were traps set with hundreds of dead roaches in them. I couldn't sleep. I sat up all night in the middle of my bed on guard. And thankfully so. I pulled a roach off of my sleeping husband's pillow and threw it on the ground and stomped it. Only to see TWO more scurring up the wall bedhind our bed. It was the nastiest experience I've ever had. No money back, no nothing but we can switch you to another room!!! I will never ever stay here again. And if you would like to sleep in comfort with out having to worry about ROACHES, i suggest you rent somewhere else!!! Gross.

the location was the only thing i like about this place.

this is the worst place bug infested, pictures are not what you see on the website and the staff is horrible the check in process is horrible. i had to call, email harass them to get my check in code then when i received code the room was empty nothing in there, was told to i would get a call back to get another room i didnt i had to call back then i received a different room the operator hung up on me.

Pleasant stay

The suite was just the size we needed with a full kitchen. It had a decent pool and access to the beach.

Only thing that went wrong was the air conditioning went out on our second night there.

It's roach infested ,Really old bang up appliances. The stove was rusted , the fridge was banged up and looked like it's been spray painted. The mattresses were old n dingy. We left all our stuff in the car because the roaches were so bad. All other hotels were booked up. Booking.com would accommodate us for better location. If we cancelled, we would lose 124 of money. They place is a dump!!!!! We went bought our own sheets n pillows, n blankets to put over the whole bed . We moved the pillows and dead roach parts were on them. I wont be using booking.com again. That was not what I clicked on to book because I always stay in high rise units. Seriously disappointed in booking.com.

I would love for booking.com to reach out to me. We had dead bugs in our bed along with hair on the sheets. There were roaches in the room and was told it was because we had our door open. That’s Bs I can provide pictures along the door showing the gap in the door when closed. Anything could come in. I can provided many pictures of the beds with dead bugs and hair and many pictures of the roaches. I also have the messaging between the hotel and us about all this. Though messaging they said they were about to start a major renovation, but booking.com should have never allowed such a gross, disgusting rental on their site. We tried to find another hotel to stay at as we were there to attend a wedding. Everything within 50 miles was booked due to a cheer competition in Daytona. Please reach out to me.
