Great location. Beautiful lobby and well kept rooms.
Parking is ridiculously expensive. There’s a charge for WiFi. There was hair all over the ceiling of the bathroom.
2.0
The lobby was well-designed. There were restaurants on-site.
Hotel was completely unclean from the shower to the floor in the bathroom to the carpets. We were moved to another room because our first room was so bad that we couldn't even shower in the bathroom, much less sleep in there. They moved us to a BETTER room but our shower was still dirty. They offered 50% off the room. I would never stay there ever again. I know of far better hotels in Charlotte for less than this cost per night. There was nothing "luxury" about my stay at all.

Hotel was clean and staff were very accommodating and courteous.
The double beds were pretty tight for two full grown adults; I could not comfortably fit 4 people. I was also annoyed that the hotel charged for WiFi access and we often found that getting our car from valet to be slow. It took 30 minutes on one occasion.
9.0
Large room. Great shower. Nice towels. Quiet. Privacy. Convenient location with plenty to do nearby. Helpful and friendly staff. Easy valet system and text alerts. Helpful attendants. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!
We would have like more pillows and maybe an extra blanket (we should have asked, but we didn’t want to be any trouble). Air in the rooms was very dry.
Extras very expensive (WiFi, valet parking, breakfast).

$35 per day parking and $5 every time you leave throughout the day. Bad location downtown. No Jacuzzi

The view
Bed was hard and location was not that good for access to the area venues.
8.0
Location in downtown is great
The rooms are quite small, and the restaurant and bar are both expensive and mediocre.

Very comfortable room and bed. Staff were great, very helpful. Good location for downtown sights, dining etc
Nothing !

Location was the best and the rooms are large. Starbucks and fitness room located downstairs which was very convenient. Safety inside hotel is high however have to pay $25 a day to self park.
Housekeeping staff are way too loud. If you plan on staying for more than one day and you want the extra sleep, would not recommend. Check out is at 12pm but the housekeeping is up slamming doors very early. Would only recommend for an in and out stay. There was hair on the sheets. Look like little eyelashes and stands of head hair. Not good at all for the price.
