Buon hotel

Personale cordiale, ottima posizione e stanza grande e pulita.

Purtroppo abbiamo avuto qualche problema con l'aria condizionata, la prima camera ce la siamo fatta cambiare visto che era insostenibile il caldo, mentre la seconda aveva dei problemi ma non abbiamo voluto fare un altro cambio camera

Great place to stay, but breakfast needs improvement.

Clean Rooms, recently updated.

Breakfast could have been better. They had bread, bagels, Raisin bread, toaster, microwave, variety of instant oatmeal, a varying selection of juice, coffee and hot water dispenser, two types of cereal (honey nut Cheerios and Front Loops), 2% and whole milk, creamer, butter and cream cheese. Now there was no butter or cream cheese for the breads until Wednesday. We arrived the previous Saturday afternoon and didn't have any butter or cream cheese for the bread items. Kind of hard to eat bread or bagel without butter, cream cheese, or jelly. The amount of items were very limited at times throughout the week. We ate a ruffly 7am every morning.

Staff were super friendly.

Property was going updated. Clean, friendly, close to the Disney Parks.

The floor in my room could have been fixed before the renovation. Eventually it will need to be replaced as the floor was sinking. It gave when you walked on it.

Café da manhã, era apenas café e sucrilhos, quarto sujo e com insetos, achamos 2 baratas e outros bichos, a porta do banheiro estava com uma marca de pé e um buraco, como se tivesse sido arrombada, lugar péssimo.

El peor día de mi vida

Del alojamiento no me gusto absolutamente nada. Mala limpieza conseguí una cucaracha. La puerta toda mordida literal y aire no funcionaba a su capacidad.

Lo único que se puede decir bueno del hotel es su ubicación de lo demás pésimo

NUNCA MAIS EU VOLTO.

Café da manhã inexistente, só sereal e café seco, pães sem reposição, então se voce acorda tarde, fica com fome! porta quebrada no banheiro, baratas, camas barulhentas, zero empatia dos funcionários, nunca voltarei nesse lugar.

Camas barulhentas, café da manha, limpeza dos quartos estavam imundos, banheiro entupido, toalhas fedidas, BARATAS NOS QUARTOS.

Sali literalmente corriendo de ahi en ningún lado dice que es un súper 8 parece que entraras en un hotel de la película hostal de paso te piden 100$ de depósito por la habitación. Y el recepcionista no me ayudó mucho a tener confianza así que huí.

Nothing. The room was filthy, toilet didn’t flush, tv and outlets not working

After checking in and putting my bags in the room I was trying to turn on the tv and it didn’t work so my husband walked over to the front desk to tell them and the guy came but couldn’t figure the tv out and told me the supervisor comes in the morning u can let them know and they will give u some type of credit back. In the morning I go over to the front desk to let the supervisor know (didn’t catch her name) and she did absolutely nothing. I will never stay here again. The room was filthy

I didn’t like the Towels, too thin and horrible quality. The room wasn’t finished being renovated. Needs improvement on minor details. Shower floor is uneven and clogs. Misleading message about the pool being closed, and the room I chose was for a king bed and I got two standard beds. the linen didn’t match both beds, and they were stained, blankets had cigarette bud holes, which I returned right away .

Disappointing

The shower wouldn't really drain much, there was only one trash can and it was small, the pool was not open, their was workers constantly parked in our parking spots, or behind us and it made it super difficult to back out. The ac kept turning off for some reason. There was no where to hold shampoo or conditioner in the shower. No bathtub to bathe little ones. The beds are extremely small. There is no lamp or anything on the tables wouldn't choose this place again.
