This was our 2nd time at this hotel and we do plan to stay again when we are in the area!

The room was clean and comfortable! It was fantastic for the price! The location was perfect for the events we attended! The lady(Erin) that checked us in was very cordial and pleasant!

Bigger pancakes! Coffee was not that good.

Hotel simples e calmo e ótima localização

Ótima localização! Próximo de várias lojas e restaurantes. Ao lado de uma CVS e em frente ao Walmart. Mas ao mesmo tempo, é muito silencioso e calmo. O quarto é ótimo, super completo, tem tudo que precisa.

O banheiro precisa de uma atualização. Metais enferrujados, chuveiro fraco, pinga o tempo todo. O café da manhã é estranho: não tem queijos ou frios, nem frutas que possa colocar no prato e comer. Só banana verde e laranja com casca, sendo que os talheres são de plástico.

Muy Buena atención, hablan español e ingles fluido, personal amable y dispuesto a atenderte, te ayudan con rapidez y te dan las facilidades para todo. Super cerca a Disney menos de 15min y a los Premium Outlet y Disney Springs también 12 a 15min.

El parqueo es al aire libre dentro de las inmediaciones del hotel, no tiene tranquera o cerco perimétrico. Pero igual hay cámaras en el exterior del hotel. No dan factura a nombre de empresa extranjera si reservas por la App de Booking, se guian de los datos de la tarjeta de credito con la que pagas.

Gutes Hotel für kurzen Aufenthalt in guter Lage

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen , sehr nah an den Disney parks und unzählige Restaurants/ Essensmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe Es war ruhig obwohl die Hauptstraße nicht weit entfernt ist. Das Personal war freundlich und hat bei Problemen mit unserem Safe direkt geholfen und auch unsere Zimmerkategorie auf Anfrage angepasst (2 Queensize statt 1 KS und Sofabed) Wir hatten das Hotel nur für wenige Nächte gebucht und waren den Größtenteil des Tages unterwegs daher hat es völlig ausgereicht.

Die Klimaanlage im Zimmer lüftet nicht richtig, es wird nur kalt aber die Luft im Zimmer bleibt schlecht. Egal wie lange wir sie anhatten es kam keine Frischluft und das Fenster konnte man nicht öffnen. Das Badezimmer war schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und man sah Rost/ Schimmel in der Dusche und bei der Toilette sowie schwarze Flecken oben an den Decken. Das Frühstück war nicht besonders ausgefallen aber für einen kurzen Aufenthalt ok.

Very pleasant, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good but crowded, location was great!

Spunkmeyer Chocolate Chip Cookies in afternoon were delicious. Facility was clean and very nice. Location was great.

Only improvement needed is for more staff to speak English. I asked 3 different staff a question and they didn't speak English.

L'emplacement est très bien pour l'accessibilité aux parcs d'attraction. Fast food et boutiques de souvenirs tout autour . Petit dej inclu est un plus (il est assez sommaire et vaisselle jetable de A à Z)

La chambre était relativement petite pour 4 et nous avons dû faire le lit d'appoint

Excellent hôtel , j’y retournerai sans hésiter!

Hôtel très bien situé, près des parcs Disney. Navette gratuite pour presque tous les parcs. Réception facile, personnel très amical. Petit déjeuner excellent et même : petits biscuits chauds gratuits vers 16:00 Café gratuit toute la journée . Belle piscine.

Buena estadía

La habitación de buen tamaño con microonda, maquina de café, frigobar y pequeño lavaplatos. La cama muy cómoda. Ofrecen un desayuno básico pero suficiente considerando la oferta en otros hoteles. Ofrece estacionamiento gratuito.

El aire acondicionado era muy bajito. Los días caluorosos no enfriaba bien.

Would stay again

Very nice, clean, and close by to Disney parks.

Our shower had a curved bar with curtain and our bath was a standard so the shower cover didn’t do anything to prevent water from getting out since it stuck Out further and was curved. Not really a big deal at all. we just used a few towels when we showered.

BIEN UBICADO, TRANQUILIDAD, LIMPIO!

La ubicación super cerca de los parques, walmart, CVS, IHOP y muchas tiendas más. La atención de todo el personal siempre fue buena. Sabemos que están remodelando y modernizando las habitaciones e instalaciones y creo que aún será mejor. LO RECOMIENDO!! Gracias por todo, volveremos!

Los platos de unicel en el desayuno (Contaminan mucho) ojalá puedan sustituirlos por unos más amigables con el medio ambiente :)

Love the location of this place, it was close to a few gift shops and Walmart was across the street, it was nice that we could get a little grocery.

Wish breakfast had more variety and water!!!

The staff barely speak English or planned like they did not know what you were saying.

Local sem luxo, simples porém com boa acomodação e café da manhã ok.

Limpeza diária, funcionários muito solícitos e tem transfer para alguns parques da Disney/ Universal.A localização é próxima da Disney e tem outlet, mercado e restaurantes próximos também.

Carpete no quarto e janela que não abria para a ventilação. Deixava o ambiente pesado e com cheiro de mofado.

Overall good with some notable bads

The customer service was excellent. My family and I arrived late but the room we got had a bad "plant" odor. They didn't hesitate to swap our room. Unfortunately, the next room had a moist, moldish smell so they immediately helped us get into another room and called us to make sure everything was ok. The next day when we got back to our room there was a bad, spoiled smell on our entire floor so, again, they swapped us immediately and compensated some for the inconvenience. The room service was very good and regularly on top of keeping our room in clean and comfortable conditions.

As mentioned with the good things, the odd smells throughout the property was very off-putting. They really need to look into sanitizing/cleansing all of their spaces and AC systems. Also, the elevators are very slow. It takes way too long for the elevator to reach each floor and finally open the door.

Good service at the front desk, the cookies from 4:00 to 7:00 is a great touch. Breakfast was good.

The room 404 had an awful smell and the carpets are stained like someone threw up or they had to clean after a pet. At first I thought the smell was going to go away but it didn’t… it gave me a headache. It was only one night and I just wanted to be the morning to leave…

cleanliness, the toilet eww had tons of mold the shower also was very dirty had to clean myself to even use it. floor in bathroom appeared to never been mopped based on the floor towel used to get out of the shower it was black after using on floor.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. Our comments are suggestions not complaints.

The convenience of having breakfast available was great. However, the eggs were undercooked on most days. It would be good to add some ham or bacon to the menu instead of sausage which was offered daily. It would also be nice to have some gluten free options and sugar free jelly/jam. The staff was very nice! Every staff member in our passing spoke to us and wished us a good day. Favi, front desk, was super friendly at check in and answered all of our questions. The warm cookies every day was a nice touch. The lobby was very clean and smelled clean and we loved that they have quiet hours from 9pm-7am!!!! Guests were very considerate as well.

There seem to be a lot of moisture in our room. We were there from Sunday - Friday and on most days if we didn't keep our suitcases closed our clothes felt a little damp and there was a smell in the room.
