It was a good location
Staff was not informative at check in. They just talked to each other and disregarded the customers.
7.0
Loved how close it was to an event that was happening in the area.
That there was nothing to buy really to eat late at night besides a snacks.
8.0
Cómodo y limpio
Queda un poco retirado de la ciudad, sin carro el transporte a la ciudad puede ser complicado
10.0
Clean, comfortable, and good location.

Airport shuttle was a great service. Staff were helpful and pleasant. My room was clean and bed was comfortable.
Overall the property was very shabby. Room door was swollen so hard to open. Minimal amenities in room. Carpet worn. Fixtures old.
5.0
Convenient location
Not enough parking, pay all that money for a room and have to pay for parking every time you go in and out and it’s 25 dollars each time, the water in my tub would not go down, staff was ghetto.
8.0
Close to airport.

The breakfast was okay
The sheets were dirty

The shuttle worked well
The hotel was very close yo the airport. I arrived late at night.
Room smelled strongly of stale smoke all night. It seemed to be associated with the HVAC
The HVAC was incredibly loud and vibrated
There was no spare blanket in the room
All of the signage said it was a Marriott, not a Sheraton, therefore confusing.

Room was large, comfortable, clean. Nice bed.
Note that Booking.com cancelled my reservation while I was in the air returning from travel, so that I saw the notice while in line for customs. Cancellation was because the Visa I used to make the reservation, long ago, had been replace by my card carrier. Without giving me opportunity to provide new card info, room was cancelled. I was able to contact the hotel front desk, get my reservation reinstated, and all was smooth from there. However, did not appreciate having it cancelled on day of stay after months of "looking forward to seeing you" emails.

It’s conveniently located near the airport and car park. I was welcomed right away and staff all greeted me. The room was very clean and very comfortable bed.
The hallways were hot and no A/C was running there.

The overnight guy was so very helpful at the desk Sat night after 11pm. Great helpful impression!
Getting to the room, found key not working, housekeeping knock on the door... some one else was already checked into 211!!
Drag back to reception to be assigned room 511, used the bathroom and the toilet squeeled when you flushed!!

I loved how friendly Nicki (sp?) at the front desk was. She was a delight to talk to and made me feel comfortable as soon as we walked in the door.
Place was clean and the gym is open and there's a fully stocked bar downstairs. Simple rooms with lots of accommodation.
The parking lot machine. Had a little bit of trouble getting out. Wish the machine worked better.

I got early check in and an upgrade from king bed to two double beds. Morning view was nice with no obstructed view of the sky.

Good, economical (for an airport hotel) 4-night stay, with excellent access from and to airport every 20 mins (10-min journey). Spacious room, with good bathroom facilities. Good fitness room, and I wish that I had used the outdoor swimming pool! All staff were great. 20-min walk to SEPTA regional train service into Philadelphia city centre (20 min journey, once an hour).
I wasn't really taken by the restaurant or breakfast offerings, but that was me versus American food. Nearest supermarket 20-min walk (which was fine for me).

Location was excellent for Phillies game. Very easy in and out.
Not the Hotels fault but being awoken by an emergency alarm early in the morning.

I loved how everyone was so polite. I had an excellent stay.

I just stayed one night for transit. Overall the experience was good. I arrived at the hotel around 9PM, there is no dinner at that time, but the staff from the bar kindly indicated to me the Sheraton Suites which is next to the Four Points (walk in 3 minutes) provides the dinner until 11PM. I appreciate the staff of hotel indicated me this information. The shuttle is free, even I need the shuttle service at 4:10AM.
If the waiting area of free shuttle information in the airport could be indicated more clearly, it would be better. From the website of the hotel, I cannot clearly understand where I should wait or if the reservation of shuttle is necessary. Actually, just go to Zone 4 "Hotel Courtesy Shuttles", and wait for the shuttle bus is ok. I took the shuttle which stuck the paper indicating the "Four points", "ALOF" and "Sheraton Suites".

The fire alarm going off at 7am

Well the coffee in the lobby was cold at 1100, it took 2 days after asking to have the linen changed out . There’s only one driver in the AM when you have 10+ going to the airport and not including the other hotels it picks up so you have to catch an Uber.

The rooms were outdated. The front desk only had Diet Mountain Dew and Grape Soda. The $250 incidental hold is way too expensive.

Good location and free shuttle. Bed was comfortable and good TV choices.
The bathroom was not very modern and the bath was very small. It wasn't very easy to use the shower tap. I am unsure whether the shuttle was from and to the airport for free, this would be good to know in advance for those with layovers.

The location is great the service is poor, it was a day were there was no electricity we had to work in the dark to get up the stairs to our bedroom and breakfast was sold without us knowing it and the house keeper was very nice
How the system works, I did know that my booking was through a third party I was booking through my business website but when I got there I told that the booking was done through a third parties

The staff was amazing
The ac wasn’t working but it’s ok! We had a fan.

Desk staff Derrick and Jasmine were helpful, friendly and courteous. Derrick helped straighten out my reservation as it was split in two for some reason.
Had difficulty with shades in our room. Reubens fixed them one time but after that, they didn't work. Had some problems scheduling housekeeping and then they didn't show up. Finally had to get my own towels and toilet paper and coffee from the front desk.
