Iconic Hotel in fabulous location; just be prepared to ante up!

Beautiful facility, great location, fabulous atmosphere. Tons of pool and beach chairs. The property is right on the ocean. Very helpful and supportive staff, especially poolside.

Sticker shock as far as prices go. 25 dollars for an omelette. 42 dollars for breakfast buffet, 24 dollars for a margarita. It really does tax the wallet if you want to stay here and relax.

Надзвичайний краєвид. Чудовий пляж і територія. Привітний персонал. Крутий нічний клуб.

Погода в останній день була жахлива, рейси на літаки відмінили, ми не відразу змогли уїхати із Маямі, але це звичайно не відноситься до самого отелю ))) він чудовий.

Vale la pena la experiencia.

Es un hotel Clásico y divino. Incluso las habitaciones de la Bahía son Lindas.

No te dan pantuflas, batas ni cafetera, tampoco tienen un frigobar. Me parece fatal esto. No me dieron mi vuelto cuando pagué por adelantado en el hotel. Me cobraron 80$ por día el Parqueo. La torre del centro está sin renovación y bastante viejo. Te cobran TODO y más

Horrible stay for a family vacation due to 3k person convention!!

Paid extra for an ocean view room see photo, all in all for the cost of this hotel I would’ve rather have had four night

Extremely expensive for what it is , the food and beverage charges are very high and they even add a service charge when you purchase a drink from the lobby shop , Valet parking is a bit of a sh*t show, drop car at one place collect at another .

Great pool and outside vibe, but need more staff to make overall experience high end

Great pool and access to Miami Beach activities

Very challenging to reach anyone at front desk, concierge or valet. Placed on hold for long periods of time. They do not have enough staff. Opposite situation at the pool. Great staff and service. Everything is extraordinarily overpriced in the shops and restaurants and mini bars. Room was nice, nothing out of the ordinary.

Pools, restaurants and the best Gym in a hotel

No bin in bathroom, windows needed cleaning and porter service was unpleasant. Aircon was very cold throughout the hotel

Le lenzuola erano stirate male . C’era la Moquette nel corridoio sporca . Nessuno risponde mai al telefono per cui i clienti per avere un servizio devono recarsi direttamente nella hall e Chiedere . Tutto l’hotel è semplicemente ghiacciato . Bisogna indossare un maglione nei corridoi . Tre stelle le merita tutte . Non 5 !

Las instalaciones espectaculares. Muy buen diseño, hermoso el lugar por donde se lo mire.

Nos robaron en el bar, mi marido se levantó un segundo y dejó la billetera arriba de la mesa…. Ni siquiera se interesaron en ver las cámaras y corroborar que sucedió. Increíble que en un hotel de esa envergadura te roben en la cara. No volveríamos, es increíble lo que sucedió. Muuuuuuuy ruidoso el hotel. De día no molesta pero de noche no se puede dormir, hasta que no termina la noche de discoteca, es muy molesto. Si vas en plan boliche está ok! Pero nosotros estamos en familia y no fue agradable.

It is not a family hotel, very noisy, they charge you for everything.

Not for families with children . Too noisy , loud music everywhere.

Staff didn’t respond any request , not helping with anything . The made us wait 2 hours with no response or apologize. So rude .

We are returning customers, and were so disappointed when we tried to change our stay dates, and got no help at all. There are a lot of great hotels in Miami where respect their guests, never again return to the hotel

Definitely in need of an update

The rooms and hotel was very outdated and extremely expensive with not much actually included for the amount charged. Clearly the hotel does not pay employees well enough either because tips are expected for everything and most things cost additional fees dropping the overall value even lower. I have paid the same for hotels before and they delivered impeccable customer service and amenities. This hotel did none of those things.
