Clean and nice, but old and small. Not walkable either.

The guy at the front desk was awesome. Super friendly, extremely helpful. 10/10 for that guy. Also, good housekeeping. Clean room. Everything in the room worked (after the front desk guy fixed our TV).

The parking was rough for bigger vehicles (we drive a truck). Tiny spots and ONLY barely enough for the rooms they have. The room was very small, and while clean, pretty outdated. Also, it's advertised as walkable, but I really wouldn't call that an accurate statement.

Needs to be treated for bed bugs

The location

I got bitten by a bed bug and I’m highly allergic. I ended up at a pharmacy getting medicine on my vacation 🙁

Essenziale e ottimo

La posizione è in una zona decente di LA e abbastanza tranquilla anche di sera. Le camere hanno l'essenziale e il parcheggio gratuito è davvero comodo e controllato. Obbligatoria la macchina per andare ovunque. Ci sono diversi fastfood a 1 minuto a piedi. Hanno alla reception un "rinfresco" che offrono ai clienti con caffe cappuccino acqua e brioche davvero apprezzato!!!!

I prodotti della pulizia delle stanze hanno degli odori molto forti!

Stay was as advertised and would stay again.

Close to everything we needed. Easy walk to universal studios and subway. Staff were extremely helpful and gave us great direction and advise.

Great location

The location was great for visiting Universal Studios. Also great options for food within walking distance. Beds were comfy and rooms were clean.

Nice, quick, place to stay!

Free WiFi and location to my final destination. Staff was awesome and beds were comfortable. Also lots of local places to eat and support in the same area.

A decent destination, overpriced for the age and location of the hotel. But nice enough to stay in.

The location was older, but the rooms were adequately nice. The wifi worked great. The staff were VERY nice and professional.

The area of the hotel was atrocious. Garbage strewn everywhere, homeless people sleeping in the middle of the sidewalk and screaming at passerbys. Graffiti on every surface and broken glass. That being said, the hotel property was fenced and the actual property was clean and tidy, but the neighborhood felt extremely unsafe.

Perfect place to stay if you're going to Universal Studios.

The only bad thing was that the water from our bathroom sink didn't drain fast enough but it was usable

Happy Days

We loved that the hotel was so close to so much . We were minutes from universal, just next to great food @ Spitz, and only a mile down the freeway from Hollywood Blvd.

The room we had was a tade small. Parking was tight, overall seemed really close quartered. But not bad at all we still loved it.

Good balance of location and price. Friendly staff!

Friendly staff, clean room, plenty of soap, towels in the room. Beds looked clean and were comfortable. The location was close enough to universal studios without paying the universal studios hotel prices… My family and I had a pleasant stay overall.

Breakfast was limited. My family basically ate waffles. Lobby is super small, it got crazy crowded during breakfast time, parking lot is super small and only fits compact cars - not big trucks, not enough outlets in the hotel room, no bedside lamps or dimmable lighting.

It was good for the money. However, the customer service is great!

It’s much smaller than pictured on the site. It’s very outdated. The breakfast was all starch. However, the customer service is great!
