The room was perfect with a view. Clean and comfortable. The food was delicious and prepared well. We enjoyed the pool area and the bar and host staff at the pool, and McCormick & Schmick's were most welcoming and accommodating.
The rest of the staff walked around like zombies as if they didn't want to be there, and their aura showed that. Most never responded to a good morning nor initiated a hello, or asked how's your stay.. A simple smile, nod to acknowledge a guest passing their view goes a long way to make one feel welcomed.

Our stay was awful. My wife and I were celebrating a night out before we have a baby. We have never stayed at Harrah’s before so we wanted to try it out. In short, I will never stay at Harrah’s again. When checking in, the staff mentioned we were getting upgraded. Let’s just say it was most definitely not an upgrade. We were placed directly next to the vending and ice maker and right next to the elevator. From our room we could hear everything from the vending machine, the ice maker, and especially the elevators which were constant noise of what sounded like grinding metal. The noises literally kept my wife and I up all night and we could not wait until morning to check out. I have never written a review before but I felt as if this needed to be said. When we were checking out the staff asked us how our stay was and I explained that we were extremely dissatisfied and explained why. The staff did not care at all and proceeded to check us out without any discussion. They said that they could not wait until we stay with them again and I politely explained that my wife, under no circumstances, will never be guests at Harrah’s again

Able to check in using kiosk Machine to avoid long lines.
Room needed carpet cleaned, bed was uncomfortable, not enough eating options, and to far from the boardwalk.

I lost my book bag an they found it an still had everything in it
No microwaves I find that to be very werid an the pool closes at 5 very big deal breaker only 2 things I did not like if the pool stayed open later I’m sure they would have even more customers an returning customers
3.5
was charged an extra $52.00 to use the pool as a hotel guest. I’ve NEVER seen a hotel charge you to use the pool as it’s already included in the resort fees they charge upon booking the room. needless to say won’t be coming back

The casino
The rooms were nasty, there were plumbing issues in shower and sink not draining, bugs on bed, hair on shower wall, and open and used milk left in the fridge from previous customer or worker who knows; reports have been made and nothing was done; I’m never staying there again
3.5
The location is horrible. There’s a sewer dump right outside the seating area and the smell comes up to the rooms on that side of the hotel
The bad attitude of the staff while checking in. They was overbooked and was placing people in any room they had available not the room you previously booked. The beds were uncomfortable, and there was a terrible smell in the room.

It was big and the location was ok
The room was stinky and the bathroom was not clean the towels were wet and the body wash was for one person only

This was overall an okay stay view of the ocean was wonderful check in / check out was painless except for a few aspects. And overall the property is affordable for what you get. Parking is relatively painless and you can come and go freely while paying only one time. However after checking out my key didn’t let me leave so a parking attendant had to let me out. If he wasn’t there I would have known what to do except pay again and it is not explicitly laid out for you.
At times it felt like they were trying to nickel and dime you. I upgraded my room based on the auto kiosk once to get a “bay view” but it wasn’t a view at all so I had to go back and they still charged me another fee to upgrade to a real room with a view, so never use the kiosk to upgrade your room because it will auto slot you into an undesirable spot whereas a person will understand what’s worth the fee. The website said the pool was 20 dollars per room but when I arrived in the morning they said it would be 20 dollars per person due to a DJ event that wasn’t even currently happening. The pool was one of the main reasons I got the room but if you will end up paying 40 more just to swim, just go to the borgata instead

Friendly staff all within the resort, everyone inside very kind, patient, helpful, again inside the physical resort.
VERY RUDE THE PPL WHO PARK CARS, IF YOU ARENT USING VALET THEY LITERALLY IGNORE YOU!! NOT WELCOMING TO BE THE FIRST PEOPLE YOU MEET OUTSIDE! ALL STAFF INSIDE VERY FRIENDLY! BUT THEM GUYS OUTSIDE AT THE MAIN ENTRANCE HORRIBLE, I THOUGHT OF CANCELING ROOM AND GOING TO ANOTHER LOCATION WITHIN 20MINS OF BEING IGNORED OUTSIDE
My room I booked and reserved was not available, I booked room with bathtub, they had none. I would have booked elsewhere. The room I did get was nice, however not cleaned at all it seem, first hand and fingers prints were found all over the room, dirty prints, looked like from prior guest as opposed to housekeeping. I found used contact lenses on the floor of the bathroom, and stuck to the toilet, there were several random used tissues around room in thr closet, and other debris, trash found in room. Beds were made, thats about it. Even in the shower hair and hand prints all over shower door were found. Looked like gum was stuck to bathroom floor, i cover with with towel. I travel with Lysol spray and disinfectant wipes gladly, or I wouldn't have been comfortable staying, I cleaned for 45mins after checking in. My first night I called for extra blankets, as their was blood and dirt on the sheets in the bed, I decided to sleep in, the extra blankets never came. Blood and dirt on the sheets, were the last straw for me, Harrahs use to be my favorite. Not sure my next atlantic city will be stayed there. Very disappointing. I did like and appreciate the late checkout, I stayed elsewhere my last 2 days, I stayed in friends hotel on broadwalk. So I didn't appreciate late check out time to be able to get back to my room pack and leave. I still left housekeeping tips as always.

Nothing.
This was AWFUL. EVERYTHING cost extra. The pool was not included which was not advertised and almost any amenity was an extra cost which was RIDICULOUS after spending 300+ dollars a night to stay. The pool also closed 2 hours earlier than advertised and wasn’t very accommodating. It cost 10$ just to ENTER the pool which is crazy especially after paying so much money to stay there. The staff was not very helpful or accommodating and overall didn’t really listen to concerns or questions well. The location is FAR from the beach or boardwalk and parking was a disaster. Overall it was a disaster. I will not be staying here again.

The price we paid.
The refrigerator, when we opened it, had food inside from the previous guest, so obviously, it was not checked when the room was cleaned before our arrival. The coffee maker was good and had coffee available to make, but no water was left in the refrigerator to make the coffee with. Sure, I could have called the front desk for water, but it should have been already in the refrigerator, but since the refrigerator was not checked, I see why no water was there. Some of the towels had a funny smell to them, and the tissues in the bathroom had a small bug crawling around in it in which we threw them away. I would hope accommodation can be made to make our next stay more memorable as this was our anniversary weekend.

Rooms were clean quite and comfortable very relaxing.
The location is too far out from everything If you don't have a car everything is beyond expensive and I did not like the fact I didn't receive my security deposit back because of a nonsense rule about the cost of room maxing out no credits left never of heard of a thing disappointing especially when you weren't informed of this in the first place you suppose too get your security deposit back.

Los bares están muy bonitos
La habitación, no estaba acorde con el precio, pagado obsoleta.

Nothing. Everything was overpriced starting with the room rates to the restaurants
We got 2 adjoining rooms in the Coastal tower. The rooms were filthy & dusty. Not sure when they were cleaned the last time. Additionally we were informed of an issue with water turbidity.
Everything is ridiculously overpriced at every restaurant in the hotel.

Checking in was a nightmare. The escalators were not properly functioning. The elevators were not properly functional. The lights kept dimming during our volleyball tournament. There was also a boil water advisory that I was not aware of until after arrival.

Everything was too expensive.
Third party cancelled my booking and didn't inform me. When I got to the hotel the only rooms available were twice the price. Third party bookings should be an option. I like dealing directly with the vendor.

The whole atmosphere was a true vibe.

The restaurants were great.
There was something in the drawers that looks like blood or ketchup, and we couldn’t even put our clothes away. The furniture was dated some of it broken. The sofa was ripped and cut. The bedsheets, and the mattress covers were torn and ripped and even the bathroom fixtures were all rusted. I called maintenance at 2 AM for a clogged toilet, and they came at 10 AM the next day.

Massive casino resort, with multiple amenities. Lots of food options on site, pricey (unsurprisingly), but available nonetheless. The newer tower was immaculate, with state of the art features (all wall outlets had standard plugs, AND USB A and USB C ports; the desk had an HDMI plug as well). The gym was fairly well featured with a reasonable amount of cardio equipment. The spa facilities were first rate
As a casino complex, it was about 2 miles away from the boardwalk and most of the city action. And the area isn’t really walkable. There is a shuttle that can bring you between partner facilities, but that requires some amount of gambling but in. There is also an Atlantic City jitney that costs $2.50, and runs around the clock. This is helpful for any times you want to leave the casino

The facilities appeared to be quite clean.
There wasn’t enough wall sockets to plug in electronic devices
A lot of them appear to broken

I just like the location.
I didn’t like they charge extra resort fee but there was nothing to charge that fee no pool , no family entertainment thing. Room view was boring tv was not able to watch because you have to buy everything to watch and YouTube didn’t work on the tv. Overall boring experience.

Everything
It wasn't close to the boardwalk and you got to pay $2.50 to jump on the Little bus
