Dommage.

Extraordinary atención received by the staff.

Lovely place and people, near the Quebec ville (10 min walking).
Breakfast was very good as well. Coffee, yogurt with fruits and bagels.

Easy location to enjoy the old city and Rue Saint-Jean but also quiet. Delicious breakfast, gracious hosts with good information. The room was very comfortable.

During our stay we felt comfortable all the time, good atmosphere in the house. Charlene and Julien made a great breakfast. Nice chat in the morning with other guests.

Great location, friendly and willing personnel, beautiful rooms, excellent breakfast.

the breakfasts were wonderful- my gluten and lactose intolerances were accommodated; each morning we had a different fruit smoothie and a variety of choices for food.
The car was parked in a private space adjacent to the B&B.
The hosts were delightful.
The location was perfect - just outside the main part of the historic centre, in a neighbourhood. Walking throughout the historic centre was easy.

Location was excellent. Young staff tried hard to do their best to serve guests.
Safety felt like a concern. Lack on light on stairs, lack of fire escape, and inability to open windows. Breakfast and lack of decaffeinated options was disappointing. Communal kitchen poorly equipped. Bedding worn.

I enjoyed everything about my stay at "Au Petit Roi". I had such a warm welcome by Julien and Charlene and they made my stay very memorable. The B & B itself was very cozy and clean. Location was great, about a 10 minute walk to Old Quebec and a 3 min walk form public transport. I couldn't have asked for a better location. I will 10/10 recommend this B & B to anyone staying in Quebec!

Excellent position. The room was cozy, spacious and comfortable. Great breakfast as well!

Chloe was really an amazing host. She cooked some great breakfast. The stay was comfortable with vintage touch to evrything and the location was awesome. Only thing to add which isn’t a great deal is a bit of sound proofing of rooms. This is too minor. Overall, its value for money and a great place to stay. Raphael was very supportive when we needed help with snow shoveling and helping our car move out. Highly recommend as its walking distance to all great places in Old city
Little sound proofing of place would be great and TV was a bit old to handle. Very minor or insignificant though.

Lovely breakfast. Good location

Breakfast was light but satisfying- an excellent way to start a day of sightseeing. Our on site hosts were always delightful. And the house was beyond charming!!
Parking was not quite as expected, although I would not say it was misrepresented, just not explained how tight/icy/steep the space available was.

Charming old house with stairs and sense of time! Location is perfect, the hosts were charming and helpful!
1) Needs a bit of cleaning and renovation.
2) It was cold for one night, but we’ve got a heater, so it worked.
3) Please more plugs!

Quiet area and yet 5-minute walk from action on rue Saint-Jean. Large rooms, very clean, comfortable beds in a house with a history.
Young staff are welcoming, especially Raphael who allowed us to keep the room longer on the last day.
The Moroccan owners are not running the place personally anymore. They hire temp staff on three-month assignments. On the first morning, breakfast was OK: french toasts with smoothie, yogurt with fresh fruits and good coffee. Second morning, new staff was taking over and had obviously not been briefed yet by Karima. We were served a so-called omelet COLD and looking like a flat tortilla bread. On request, it was warmed up in the magnetron. My husband didn’t want to eat it but was not offered something else. No smoothie or juice on the table.
Also, the heating is very high in the room and it is impossible to lower it (water filled cast iron radiators).

This has been my go to property whoever visiting Quebec. Different hosts but always great, until this visit. very disappointing. Younger host. Out room although lovely was on the main floor. It was exceptionally noisy each day which included the hosts having a 30 min conversation outside our door with people, having their friends over, loud conversation and drinking beer. we couldn’t relax, rest or even hear the TV. breakfast was made early in the morning so served cold each day. Eggs, French toast etc. all sitting on the table when we arrived at 9 and cold/hard. this has not been typical but this was the longest stay and purposely picked extra days here because it has historically been a great place.
Sorry. As above. good and not so good

The staff is very friendly and very good with customer service. I stayed here over 2 weeks. Very close to old Quebec and you can find everything you need from walking distance. Price-quality is perfect.
Parking is a bit difficult but they do have it.

The host was super nice and helpful.
Breakfasts were amazing, so we only had to eat dinner somewhere, but Quebec city has lots to offer.
Nothing, all good.
