10/10 stay

Just need a quick room for my overnight flight and this was the perfect spot ! Offered a shuttle to the hotel and the staff was really nice and I even had my room upgraded when I got there

Für eine Nacht in Ordnung aber völlig überteuert.

Großes und bequeme Betten, gutes Frühstück inkl.. die Lage am Flughafen war gut.

Die Poolanlage war auf den Bildern völlig verfälscht dargestellt. Der Boden des Pools war fast schwarz wahrscheinlich aufgrund des ganzen Kerosins in der Luft. Sehr unschön.

하얏트 리전시 덕분에 처음으로 리뷰라는 것을 작성해 봄. 프런트 직원들 대부분 불친절 호텔 레스토랑 저녁 및 아침 식사 매우 비쌈 기본 제공 팁이 20% + @, 옆에 마트에서 샌드위치와 사발라면을 차라리 추천 방에 온수 제대로 안 나옴, 저녁에는 거의 이십 분을 기다려야 온수가 나옴. 급기야 아침에는 온수가 제대로 나오지 않아 찬 물에 샤워해야 했음. 별로 추천하지 않아요

Wenn man in LA ankommt und am nächsten Tag weiter fliegen möchte, liegt das Hotel sehr gut. Auch gut für Geschäftsleute

Da Zimmer war sehr groß. Pickup zum und vom Flughafen via Shuttle. Sehr sauber und komfortabel.

Das Hotel wird derzeit gerade umgebaut. Das Einchecken hat ziemlich lange gedauert.

Room amenities were not as extensive. No milk or water in fridge, no mini bar, and no vanity kit in bathroom. Paper cups for coffee wasn’t very green!

Feel unsafe while traveling alone with my 9-month old

I , a mum traveling alone with my 9-month-old baby, paid to feel safe and comfortable before a long trip ahead. Felt quite the opposite as I had to ask several times the baby cot, a STRANGER GOT INTO MY ROOM BECAUSE HE WAS GIVEN MY ROOM KEYS, both my keycards got deactivated even though one stay unused in my room, the room phone did not work making me do several back and forth to the reception with my baby. To apologize, they offered me breakfast certifying it will be ready as a takeaway, as I was leaving too early, what my suprise the morning when the restaurant told me he didn't have it and they don't do take away for breakfast!

With the price we paid to stay in Hyatt Regency, the experience was worse than an Inn!

No food or drinks after 11:30pm, even worse than an Inn! The coffee maker was very dirty! But it cannot be removed to the toilet to clean it. So we could not make any coffee in the morning. There were no slippers in the room for a hotel! We made request to have two firm pillow and an extra blanket, but there was none! The shuttle bus to hotel did not stop at the hotel but in the parking lot in front of the hotel (which is stop 1) and the driver asked us to walk to the hotel (which should be stop 2), if all guest need to get off at stop 1, why bother to set the stop 2?!

What to expect from a hotel nearby airport

The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and the room size is great for those who come with suitcases.

The dining area was dirty; all of the chairs in the dining area were filthy and was gross to sit on them….this just makes you think of how dirty the kitchen must be.

Transfer was very helpfull, the staff very helpfull anda polite, the room was very confotable. Breakfast was ok.

There was no proper restaurant where you could have a good lunch ou dinner. We had to wair a lot for our room to be ready and there was not enough place todo it as many other persons where wainting too.

無料のシャトルバスでチップを払ったら少ないと大きな声でアピールされた。レンタカー会社のシャトルバスは無料でチップもなかった。ホテルのシャトルバスもチップがなくても良いようにしていただけると嬉しい。

It’s short but good experience.

Very close to the airport, clean, comfortable, kind staff. The only thing is they don’t offer the traveller a slipper which causes a bit inconvenience. The hotel shuttle is running between the hotel and terminals around per 15 minutes, the driver of shuttle is very friendly and helpful. It’s regrettable that I didn’t bring any corns or cash as a tip for his great service. Many thanks to him.

I was lied to and im mad.

I liked most things about it but hated a few.

The staff told me when I checked in the breakfast was free, the next morning I ate breakfast and was told I owe 35$ plus tax and it is in fact NOT free and I’m pissed nobody told me.

Free transfer was very disappointing. No que system, we waited for 4 different buses each were full and we were told to wait for next one. But when the next one showed up because no queuing system lots of people pushed in front of us. I complained once at the hotel, but lady serving me was more interested putting on makeup at the counter than serving me. Room and corridor smelt like people had been smoking pot, was very off putting. Breakfast was cold. We had to send back dirty cutlery and drinking glasses mine had lipstick on it. Glad it was only one night very over priced and definitely not worth it. Won’t be recommending or staying again.

Two Old Timers

The staff was always courteous and helpful. Convenient to the airport, with great shuttle service. The drivers helped us, two elderly people, with luggage and stepping in and out of the coach. We will stay there again.

Missed the restaurant because of remodeling, but the food was still excellent in the bar area.

Great place if you have a connecting flight the next day.

Perfect location if you have a connecting flight, in our case the following evening at 10:30pm. Although our view was of the planes taking off and landing, we could not hear any noise, a common problem with airport hotels.

There isn't much in the area where it is located, which is to be expected. There are eating facilities in the hotel, and a couple of alternatives a few minutes walk away.

Great location, friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, close to the airport with free shuttle!

We missed our flight and booked a very last minute stay for one night. Room was ready for us within 20 mins, very clean and comfy. Was great being so close to the airport and they offered free shuttle service to and from the airport! Bathroom was a little small but nonetheless, shower was great, overall very clean and perfectly fine for one night, or even a few nights! Bed was comfy and offered quite a large room as well which was great for all our suitcases and bags.

The receptionist mentioned there were free water bottles/water stations on specific floors but the water stations weren't working :( My parent ended up finding water at the reception desk in the end. But otherwise, nothing. It was a great stay, we were very grateful considering we booked it very last minute and the cost was worth it.

Perfect Convenience

The location to the airport was very easy to get to and distance wise convenient. The decor was beautiful and everything was clean. The cocktails were wonderful! The staff was very nice and friendly.

The overall temperature in the facility was a little chilly, but other than that there was nothing that I didn’t like.
