I was very disappointed in the room. The bathroom had a door on it that can only be described as a barn door. It had no privacy what so ever, and anytime you used the bathroom people could see right in. Not only that but if they used it in the middle of the night the whole room was lit up and you got woken up. Not sure why this would be a choice for a bathroom door.

Beautiful room. Loved bar. Walkable to downtown Clayton.
$27 for parking seems a lot. The crown plaza across the street is free.

The food was expensive and so was the hotel. But the pool was beautiful and having poolside waitstaff was wonderful. The restaurant was also very good and the staff were very accomadating. The gym was gorgous and the ILLY coffee in the room along with ceramic cups was a bonus. Bed very comfortable.
Bathroom was small. And the coffee maker, while fancy, did not work great.

Very modern and clean! Room was exceptional! Food was good!
Pool experience- less than desirable. Manager could/should have asked/insisted the drunk female repeatedly screaming and cussing to leave pool area. Instead, couples and families chose yo leave due to her disturbing behavior.

Stayed here on a business trip. Very nice hotel. Really liked that there were actual mugs and glasses in the room. Finally some hotels are working on reducing waste and single use plastic!
Great coffee in the room and plenty of it.
Beautiful outdoor pool and many dinning options in walking distance.
I loved the hotel. Bathroom was small and there was no space to set toiletries.

the room was nice and clean. Although we did not use, pool and area around looked very nice. Enjoyed the bar every evening.
$25 to park your car. I feel like that should be included in price of hotel stay.

Excellent location, facility and staff.
I prefer an indoor pool.

The breakfast buffet was the same and no change at all for all three mornings during our stay, which is kind of boring.

Our room wasn’t ready until after 8pm. The listing on Booking.com stated there was a fixed price for breakfast and dinner. This did not exist. The hotel blamed booking.com and the website blamed the hotel. I asked for compensation to make up for the difference in price in our meals and was ignored by both.

Clean, well appointed, spacious, great service. It definitely served our needs. We have stayed on multiple occasions now and it never disappoints
