Staff was great. Rooms were clean. Beds were small but perfect for us.

Breakfast was great! Juan was awesome. He took really good care of all of us. Food was always filled and warm. If something was needed he was on top of it.

We liked everything. The only thing the toilet pressure was low, but ok. Maybe provide extra blankets.

Pretty good for several night stay

Breakfast was really good from bagels to muffins, eggs and waffle maker. I didnt have to worry about getting breakfast in the mornings before working. Bed was comfty

The elevator honestly needs work. Wifi would cut out after a few hours and keys to our door sometimes wouldnt work.

It’s good enough for what we wanted, we spent more time at the beach.

The workers such as the ones that work in the breakfast area. Very kind. They made sure to keep everything clean and breakfast was always available

It just needs remodeling. Outsides appearance the floors need to be cleaned, trash shouldn’t be laying around

The breakfast was good although limited options, location was OK.

The hotel was too basic and did not reflect the amount paid, cleaners hardly spoke English so communicating was difficult. When we had issues with the room and toilet on our first night we were told to contact Booking.com as we didn't book directly from the hotel. No one came to check the issue till we left after 5 nights.

Nice stay for a weekend couple getaway

It was clean and the staff was nice and welcoming. When we had a issue with our bedding they changed it with no issues or hesitation When we checked out we left one of the room cards in the car and they didn't mind and told me not to worry it was ok and have a good day.

The location The fragrance in the front lobby was wonderful The complimentary fusion water was good and Breakfast.

How the doors to the rooms close very loud The sheets on bed had dirt spots on them. No staff on weekend. When room was clean Monday the same sheets remain on the bed. I went to go check out at 3:30 am the front staff person was sleep at the desk did not acknowledge me did not ask how was my stay or Thank me for staying the key was left on the counter. I walked out.

Can get a better room with other brands for the similar price , since we had stayed in other choice hotel properties bef

location is well suited and has some restaurants nearby

since we have a toddler with us , no microwave in the room was a big negative , bathroom was not very clean with a lot of stains , pillows under the covers were stained

I wouldn't stay there again.

The staff, the hot water, the bed, and sheets

I was given a room which reeked of cigarette smoke and I got a headache from it (I'm allergic and have asthma). The staff switched my room and the next room was not as bad. You should really have the rooms carpet replaced and walls and ceilings painted, or do something to remove that smell. It's really awful. On Friday night people were out of the rooms making noise in the halls and outside the building about 8 people were right outside the entrance drinking whiskey straight from a bottle. It felt very unsafe.
