A little expensive for what it is, but I think it’s almost fair due to location.

Great location, and nice pool, didn’t use it though. Friendly and helpful staff. Lots of things around the hotel.

Old tvs, couldn’t watch Netflix or anything. The setup is very confusing, but the staff is good at explaining it to you when you get there.

The beach was a bit of a walking distance , outside around the hotel block there was no lighting.

The hotel had a parking lot, rooftop pool and sunning area, hotel will supply a refrigerator for your room upon request

The rooftop view was not a pleasant view, you had to pay a second party for parking. No microwave or refrigerator in room.

Struttura alberghiera da rinnovare

Unica vera nota positiva è la posizione, oggettivamente molto comoda sia per visitare la città sia per raggiungere l’aeroporto con la Blue Line

La struttura è molto obsoleta e vetusta. Accesso alle camere separato rispetto alla hall dell’hotel e non sempre sicurissimo soprattutto la sera tardi. Corridoi, e a volte anche camere, caratterizzati da cattivi odori in gran parte dovuti alla moquette e alla scarsissima areazione. Struttura molto rumorosa, camere poco isolate. Camera in generale molto vetusta, in particolare la zona del bagno. Impossibile ottenere buio completo a causa delle tende e letto non particolarmente comodo. Colazione scadente e con poca scelta (no colazione internazionale). Sicuramente a prezzi simili, a parità di posizione, si può trovare molto di meglio.

Terrible and disgusting.

Located in downtown Chicago that was good.

I woke up with some rush on my back and my stomach probably bed bugs 🤢. The room was too dark making the room hard for inspection about cleaning. My sister found a toenail under her bed blankets 🤢🤢🤢. AND THE MOST RIDICULOUS PART ( if what I said before was enough) WE HAD TO PAY THE HOTEL PARKING SEPARATELY $70 FOR ONE DAY😡🤬🤬🤬. Help your self and stay somewhere else.

Everything there is always amazing ..We tried Best Western Chicago River North July 2023 ..and Came back in April 2024 making sure we stayed here again ..best of the best

Good stay for a short visit.

Location and my kids loved the indoor pool. Polite staff.

The elevator was extremely small. Not the hotel’s fault but the outside noise. Also the king bed was not comfortable.

Overall, my stay was ok. I think it would serve well to double check the guest charges to ensure they’re not being charg

I enjoyed the area and 3 of the staff members (all gentlemen) were very hospitable and helpful during my stay.

The young lady working at the front desk was very fickle. She seemed helpful at first but after asking for an hour check-out accommodation after being overcharged, she wasn’t very helpful. She also seemed dismissive when asked where my luggage could be held after check-out.

Pleasant, the staff was nice and friendly

The property was nice

Well we weren’t able to get a swim in. The hours of the pool and roof top area should be changed. Because the family with the children stayed the whole time.Consider no children after 9. Adults only nine till 12 that’s the point of coming. There is the relax at the pool and on the roof and that didn’t happen for me and my husband.
