Espacioso pero necesita remodelaciones.

El espacio y las camas para cada uno de mis hijos ...fuimos un grupo de cinco. El personal de la recepción fue amable en todo momento.

Realmente es mejor el Legacy que queda en Lake Buena Vista al cual hemos ido varias veces...este de Kissimmee esta un poco viejo y necesita algunas remodelaciones y mantenimiento.

Golf course in disrepair , several things not open . People next to us were loud .

My stay was over all great.

I loved the pool and the house styled hotel rooms. I loved the location next to shopping and dining. Super clean!

I didn’t like the attitude of one of the front desk ladies, also they had no chalk for the pool sticks at the pool table and all the arcade games cost a dollar a game which I thought was expensive.

Estaba muy sucio. Olor a humedad. Cucarachas en la habitación. No hacen limpieza diaria. Pagamos 4 días pero al segundo no aguantamos y nos fuimos. No quisieron devolver el dinero de los días no utilizados.

Driving across the road to get to the other pool.area. where the pool was bigger and more fun. It's very dangerous and difficult to get to the other side. And the parking lot has too many potholes. Almost damaged my car rental.

Just Nice

Pet friendly, nice pools and location is excellent Clean area friendly staff

1: Not enough kitchen gadgets 2: Furniture was dated 3: The door that was between our room and the next room was constantly trying to be opened. You can hear everything through the door which to me is considered not secured and was echoed into our room. That made me feel unsafe . 4: Not enough garbage cans I found 2. One by the splash pad and one by the entrance. There is one in each pool area. But I walk my dogs around and have to look for someplace to dispose of waste...I did see a dog area which is great...just not for my dogs. 5: need more lounge chairs in the pool areas. There is not enough and people saving their chair early should not be allowed

It was fine for one night.

They had a mini suite for 2 couples. Overall clean. Just very worn and banged up.

They didn’t tell me about the $100 deposit until after I had already booked. The place was so banged up, doors didn’t open or close right. Beds were terribly old and the springs were rusted in the sofa bed so much so if it hadn’t been for us bringing an air mattress, it would have been completely pointless for us to have even paid for a suite. Glad we were only staying 1 night.

Didn’t stay and got a full refund the same day. I can’t believe the girl checked me in and didn’t tell me they downsized

I did not like how this property didn’t call me to let me know that they downsized my one bedroom suite and allowed me to still check in when I got there knowing I didn’t have the right room. I drove to the room to find out they gave me a small room that I didn’t pay for!

Again, I didn’t like how I wasn’t informed about the downsize of my room until after I checked in and went to the room myself. I paid for a one bedroom suite weeks ago!!! I booked the suite due to me having a little celebration for my 35th birthday, they ruined everything I had plan. I had lots of balloons, food, drinks and games in my car! Very upset and disappointed at this resort. I got a full refund and left! I will never recommend anyone to stay here!

I couldn't stay

Stay away from this resort, it is the worst experience I have ever had, the room had a strong smell of humidity, the blinds were damaged and you could see everything from the outside to the inside of the room. They were very rude, I didn't use the room and they still charged me for it.

Overall I enjoyed my stay. Would rebook.

Staff is friendly. Oscar at the front desk is great, polite,patient and thoughtful. Rooms are great if you pick the two bed room suite deluxe.

Other than two bedroom suite deluxe rooms are dated. If you borrow a basket ball for more than an hour they try to charge you.

Great location, excellent parking, walk to pool! Restaurants and Drug store close by!

It was clean and well laid out. Great location. Loads of cable channels for whole family to choose from. AC and heat worked well!

We booked for a 14-night stay, but we were given one dishwasher pod, 2 garbage bags, and one Tide pod. Spending $3600+ Cdn on accommodations, chosen over a regular hotel so that we have these added amenities, I would suggest to base the cleaning supplies on the length of stay and size of the party, etc Also, I would love a higher grade of toilet paper and kleenex.

El aseo terrible. Casi no logro realizar el check in, mi reserva no aparecía, me hicieron un cargo extra de 12 dólares que estaba incluido. No me dieron recibo ni constancia del depósito de seguridad. El personal amable, pero no tiene entrenamiento para el check in. Agradecería el recibo y la constancia de devolución del depósito

Not a great experience

It was clean, but there were only blinds on the windows with no curtains and the blinds were broken and anyone walking by would be able to see in our room!! They changed our room and those blinds were broken as well with a piece on the side broken right off!! Again anyone could have seen in!! Who wants someone to be able to see in your room while your sleeping or dressing or whatever!! They said they were booked and had no other rooms so I asked for a sheet to hang up on the window!! When I checked out there was no compensation for anything at all and not even a word of apology!! Very disappointed!!

My favorite part of the resort was the gym and the kids loved the pool area next to the gym.

The location of the resort how it was close to many food areas and essential stores.

It can use some updated furniture.
