Great place

Great location. Everything was in walking distance. Struggled getting into the room at first but the woman on the phone was super helpful and understanding. Recommend for anyone wanting to spend there days at the beach or board walk.

Thin walls could here every conversation, little noise.

Very clean and great location. Good spot to crash at night.

Small and expensive but that is to be expected in San Diego. Very easy to hear other guests throughout property. Costs extra to use a kitchen.

great location and clean rooms! staff was nice and we had great food and beaches all around.

pool was a bit gross and you have to park on the side of the building and walk all the way around.

Perfect location for a beach vacation!

Super cute small hotel right by the beach! Close enough to walk anywhere you need to coffee shops, beach, pier & plenty of places to eat. Also we left a stuffed animal behind & they offered to ship it for us! Great customer service in the office & the housekeeper was so sweet as well! Will be back !

Parking is a little tricky but it’s like that anywhere in CA by the beach.

Overall the stay was great. Everything was nearby.....

Room size suite was great and location also. The beach location was also great.

The only bad thing was the loud music above us. Lasted for hours...Could not sleep....

The internet did not work. I was kicked off my meetings every day. The people above me were banging the floor for hours till midnight

Overall we had a great stay

We loved the location, it is very close to everything! The bed is very good and the amenities too. We liked everything about the hotel. We actually loved it and totally recommended it! Our problem was that on our second night, there was a group of people partying very loudly with music on the whole night in the room next to us. We could not sleep at all and it was very frustrating. There was no one from the property on-site controlling these types of things which makes this a little annoying. At 6.15 am we finally found an emergy number to call. The manager phoned the people in the room next to us and eventually they stopped the party, but it was already 6.30 am and we had zero sleep. Next morning we spoke with the girl at the front desk, who was really nice. We ask her if there was anything that can be done (like a refund for the night using these guys deposit since they did not repect the quiet hours rules). She very kindly said that she will speak to the manager and send me an email. Five days after and I have not received anything. Being a party area, they should have somone on-site over night to control partying and people being loud and disturbing other people's rest. That is the only thing we did not like and the fact that they have not reached out to us. Everything else regarding the hotel was spot on!

Nice place in a great location, with kind staff -- would love to stay here again

Nice place in great location. Room was comfortable and clean, and staff kind and accommodating.

A little noisy at times, and less privacy on the ground floor. Wifi was having problems and could not use in room (but I was able to go sit in the front office and use wifi).

Cozy place to stay and great value for being so close to the beach!

There was Kerig coffee served. There was a great hot tub. The room was cutely designed.

There could have been more than one Kerig option. The walls were thin. You could hear the garbage truck through the walls in the morning. The bed was moderately comfortable. A better mattress would have done wonders.

I WILL be staying here again and again.

Great location. Designated parking for guests. Room was meticulously clean. Excellent floor plan in the room. Large comfortable sectional couch. Modern 55-65 in tv. Designated eating space with a kitchen. Large bedroom and great bathroom. For the money… you can’t go wrong. I WILL be staying there again and again.

Great location, but wouldn’t stay there again.

Excellent location. Kids liked the pool.

It claims to have a kitchen but it was not stocked with any dishes or tools to be able to make use of a kitchen. I’ve stayed at many properties with kitchens and have never had such a useless experience. The staffing was not very good- the room never got cleaned & when I went to the desk to get towels and let them know, they seemed surprised, but it happened every day for a week. The room was also more dilapidated than I would have expected for the price. And the bathroom has NO place to hang towels!
