Location.
This hotel is outdated. The room smelled like pinesol and cigarettes. The door to the bathroom seemed warped and I got stuck in the bathroom. I needed help to get the door open. The bathroom door also didn't even completely cover the opening. No privacy. Bed was hard.

Great location for Amway and Orlando Camping world stadium
For a big hotel servicing nearby sports arenas the bar service was awful, after a game I got back the hotel looking forward to a drink but gave up waiting after 45 minutes, the guy next to me had been waiting over an hour!!They seem to have staff but not bar tenders !
They had one person serving iced water to waiting people!! If I’m in a bar basically I would like a beer or similar definitely not iced water!!

Staff very nice and the hotel was very clean.
I must say the breakfast was not good. Not good at all. To be charged $16 for a minimal buffet with luke warm eggs, not a good selection of breads and a toaster that did not work. Very displeased

It was close to Amway, and the interior was very pretty.
it almost seems like the walls are thin. You can hear everything from other rooms, and the hallways. it almost sounds like everyone has their doors open.

We were able to walk to Amway Arena for the Bruce Springsteen Concert.
The hotel was not ready for the day. The line to check in was very long and the rooms were not ready. We arrived by 5 so that we could check in and get ready to go the concert and because the room was not ready, we barely had time to get in our room and get to the concert. That was the sole purpose of getting a room. We wanted to be able to check in and get ready and have time to have dinner before the concert. I spoke to many people who felt the same way. People that flew in and didn't even get to check into their room until after the concert.

WORST CHECK-IN EVER! Check-in time started at 4 pm. We arrived at 4:15 pm. There were dozens of people on line to check-in (including people who had checked in online), and we waited 40 minutes to get to the receptionist. When we got there to check in, at about 5 pm, we were told that no rooms were ready for anyone -- for any of the people who had been waiting to check in -- because a large group of guests from the night before had been permitted to extend their check-out time from 11 am to 5 pm, so housekeeping had not even gotten started on cleaning most of the rooms. They took our telephone numbers (two separate rooms) and said they would call us when the rooms are ready. They never called either of us. We returned at 6:40, and our rooms were ready. But there was no acknowledgement of any issue, no apology, no explanation for why they hadn't called us. Someone screwed up.
The hotel itself was fine, though in my opinion a bit overpriced.

Front desk and valet service was very good
Dining room unorganized and under staffed. Facilities~ only 1 elevator working..Elevator constantly full in morning..After 20 minutes I had to walk down 11 flights of stairs with my bags to check out…Meet an older woman doing the same thing from the 7th floor…

The room was clean, the bathroom/shower was AMAZING. Location was good, quiet area, but close to where I needed to be to see the basketball game.
Checking in was not good because I could not check in until 4pm. Both ladies at the front desk where not that personable. Valet parking necessary when the city parking lot is right there?

Breakfast was good. Hotel was further from Camping World Stadium than we expected and not a lot of foot traffic. To feel safe walking after dark.
The room never got cool. Air kept going off even with thermostats at 65. Fan would
Blow but not enough to cool room. It was stuffy at night and not great rest.

Very clean, great atmosphere!
The mattress was very uncomfortable and the AC was slow to cool our room down but other than that it was a great experience.
