The price was right but I wouldn’t go back.

Pet friendly The check in person was very nice even offered a later check out Pretty gazebo between buildings to relax.

Uncomfortable mattress. Parking very far away from motel room. No water pressure in shower. Hair on shower wall from previous guest.

You need to be able to sleep in a hotel. How did this property get such good reviews?

AC made too much noise. bathroom leaked all night. No curtains just a blind letting loin. unable to sleep.

8.7 rating. I give it a 2. This motel is a throwback with the original bathrooms from 1950. Even rust in the tub. People in the walks sitting there in a fold up chair smoking?

Great location. Website needs an update!

Great location.

Prior to our stay from Jan. 26-Feb. 4, 2023, the Fairways Inn website was sorely outdated and needs an update with current conditions, post-COVID-19 and post-Hurricane Ian, to reflect what is going on now, not what was happening in 2019 when I rated it a 9.6.

Fair place.

Nice friendly staff but pool closed and a lot of work going on. The work never disturbed us and I'm sure will be great when it's finished.nice continental breakfast in a nice setting.

The Fairway Inn was a pleasant surprise oasis perfectly located in Naples.

The breakfast was in a garden room surrounded by lush gardens, There are three barbecue stations available for your use. We did not use them but they are well arranged.

The property allows smoking throughout the grounds which is problematic. When walking to the garden room you walk by people smoking. The smell of smoke seeps into the room through the bathroom fan vent. Smoking on the property should be banned.

Nice location, clean, as-per-photos and description; nice garden though did not use grilling and pool was closed (was not highlighted when booking it)

I forgot to explicitly ask for double beds and got two separate beds - not a big issue though just a small surprise. Pool was closed and no hint about it when booking.

Clean, but expensive. And poor breakfast.

The cleanliness is very good, specially for the sheets without hair strands. Location is not good, but if you have a car, it’ll not be a big problem.

Breakfast was a huge disappointment. Actually, it can’t be called “breakfast”. There was just coffee, apples, bananas, and some snacks (like muffins, cereal bars and biscuits). Also, this “breakfast” just started to be served at 8:30am, what is absolutely late. Overall, it’s not worth the high price paid for the stay.

We really enjoyed it!

Really nice and clean rooms! The pool was being renovated but we didn't need it. Wide choice on breakfast - it was much better than in other Hotels in Florida. There was even a kitchen and dishes and a huge fridgerator. They also have a pretty nice garden!

unfortunately a lot of plastic waste at breakfast - as a German you are not used to so much disposable packaging. But that's almost everywhere in the US
