Piss poor

Hundreds of very noisy sea lions. Kept us awake. We were offerd earplugs,but not offered a quieter room

Came to stay for Fourth of July

Great location, easy easy to get to either in Cannery Row or fisherman’s wharf. Great parking area.

There was no microwave in the room and no proper AC unit

Schöne Tage in Hotel an toller Lage.

Die Lage war top, die Aussicht gigantisch. Auch das kleine Frühstück, das ins Zimmer geliefert wurde, war ok.

Der Preis, auch wenn normal für Monterey war schon extrem hoch. Nächstes reicht auch ein anderer, wenig prominenterer Ort.

I don’t need a vacation from this vacation.

The location next to San Carlos beach was perfect. I thought that it would be too noisy with waves crashing like in Monterey Tides. But the position of the beach helped with the sounds of waves crashing. The rooms were clean. We loved our harbor view rooms.

The parking spaces are tight for our truck. It was so tight that we scraped the pillar with our front bumper. Also another point was deducted for not having a hot breakfast option ie eggs and potatoes. We prefer to sit down together for our meals. We’re a family of four and were hoping that we could get a room next to each other or on the same floor. But we were placed on different floors. So it was a hassle to go to each other’s rooms.

La vista della nostra camera era parziale. In parte dava sulla strada e le vetrate non sono anti rumore. La zanzariera era rotta. La colazione in camera un po’ deludente. La “pasticceria” era composta di soli muffin. Mi aspettavo maggiore varietà Avrebbero dovuto proporzionarla al numero degli occupanti Entra troppa luce la mattina servirebbero delle tende oscuranti Il resto era ok

Wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked it. Found hair in the bathroom. Carpet was dirty. The room just needs a good upgrade in all areas.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. The view was awesome. The continental breakfast was always on time and tasty.

The small frig in the room was really a freezer, since it was not operating well. The sofa pull out bed did not have a comfortable mattress.

My family’s stay I would say was memorable.

I like the cleanliness and the location of the property. The room was very clean that it made you feel at ease. The location of the property gives you a beautiful view that you can see from the room and you get to wake up seeing the sunrise which was really nice.

One thing I didn’t like was how sensitive the smoke detector was in the room. I like taking warm to hot showers but I didn’t expect it would trigger the smoke detector to alarm.

Nice room, excellent friendly attentive staff, knowledgeable. Parking was a little tight, amenities were good, the only negative aspect was the herd of wildibeasts in the room above us on the third floor running jumping and thumping all night other than that our stay was great

It was great

We liked the view of the harbor from our room 402 although the view was partial, we had to sit on the balcony to see the harbor. I think the view from 404 on up would be better. The continental breakfast that came with room had great coffee, the yogurt had artificial sweeteners in it, the eggs came pre shelled and a nice little basket of mini chocolate croissants. You get to choose when they deliver it. The bed was very comfortable, they even have a pillow menu. The staff was friendly and helpful and we never had trouble find a parking space in the garage. It is an easy walk to the aquarium.

had an amazing stay at this hotel and will definitely plan on staying here again in the future.

I loved that the staff was considerate while talking with me during check in. I loved the free complimentary room service for the continental breakfast. This made a big difference for me.

I think the facility could use a face lift based on older outdated paint and look.

The celebratory wine and chocolates in our room on arrival was a very thoughtful touch. The view from the room balcony with free sealions and seaotters also. 6the complimentary breakfast brought to the room at a time of our choice

Wonderful ocean view staring otters.

Beautiful king room with balcony overlooking the coast. Had a lovely ocean view. The bathroom was a nice size. The closet had plenty of room. Hot tubs on the 2nd and 4th floors. 4th floor one with a view of the ocean and harbor. It's lovely seeing the otters go by every day. Saw quite a few mother otters with babies on their tummies. Could easily spot them from our balcony. The hotel provided binoculars helped to get a closer look. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is within walking distance to the aquarium and all the other stuff on Cannery Row. Had a lovely time wrapping up our honeymoon there. Wish we could have stayed a couple more nights. Will be returning.

Hot water went out for 1 evening. But it was fixed quickly.

it was a very relaxing stay.

Everyone is so friendly and respectful. The place is very clean. We love our view overlooking the harbour. We love waking up every morning to our continental breakfast delivered to our door!

Overall our stay was good.

Good staff, quality of continental breakfast was good, our room was clean with the exception of the sofa.

We requested a room away from the elevators to avoid noise. We were given an ADA room facing a noisy street. Family members arrived later and were upgraded without request, so we know other rooms were available. These are minor and did not ruin our trip, but there was no ironing board in our room and the clock was set 15 minutes fast.

The hotel provided fruit, yogurt, juice, coffee, tea and pastry options for breakfast and it was delivered to your room at a scheduled time.

The hotel needs to be refurbished. It’s outdated, but clean.
