Facility was very nice and well maintained.
There was nothing that I didn't like.
3.8
Location, pool, and hot tub
Restaurant was closed
3.8
The Indian art inside & outside, esp the big pot outside
People outside walking around, noisy heater, big dogs in the elevator, dirty-looking elevator, and other people smoking marijuana
3.8
Native art work
No room service

The room was quite nice, comfortable and clean. The location is also very good.
The wifi sucked badly - somehow it wasn't reaching the room we were in
3.8
Rooms clean, staff friendly.
Rooms lacked bars of soap for the bathroom sink; sink would not drain; no creamer or coffee provided in room.
The pool area was dirty, with dirty towels strewn everywhere. The pool evidenced numerous floating balls of hair,
and litter in the water. Pool deck outside was dirty and needed sprayed down.

Fast check in, friendly staff.
The beds were uncomfortable, kept running into the base boards.

We loved the art rooms, decor and the hotel set up! The guy that checked me in was super nice! The pool setup was so amazing! A big plus that it had a balcony.
There was no breakfast or restaurant inside. We were traveling and really just wanted to sit down and relax. Not have to go out to eat. On booking it showed there was a restaurant. That should definitely be updated. As we would have got food before we arrived at the hotel.

The bed and bed linens were fabulous. The room was very large and the bathroom layout was great for two people to share. Everything was super clean.
The bathroom sink drained very slowly. The lobby and lounge area are very dark at night. I know it is meant to be atmospheric (I think like a kiva) but it just seems almost a little scary when checking in late.

Cleanliness of rooms. I really appreciated the new artwork on the outside of the hotel this is the reason I chose this hotel. I also liked the new art initiative with local artists. I will go back and request a different artist. The employees were super kind!!
The lounge areas were designed so cool but looked dingy just really need a deep professional cleaning.
