The staff was awesome. Good peeps.
The hotel is run down. Area is sketchy. Lets put it this way.....I chained my bicycle to the toilet when I went to eat..
2.7
Nothing.
None smoking rooms had been smoked in. Dirty bed covering. Gross towels.
2.7
Not much
Location. Hotel is old. Ac looks ancient. Burn marks near outlet. Tub fixture loose. Needs a total tear down and restart. Not helpful staff either.

Comfy pillow and bed
Upon arrival our room STUNK of cigarettes really bad. Our room had a smoke decorator that was missing the battery, the hutch/cabinet in our room wouldn't stay closed, the shower head shot off at us 4 times well taking a shower. Thank gosh the 1st time I had just moved and it hit me in the side and not head cause it would have knocked me out with the power behind it. The curtains were broken and half way torn down and my grandsons leg got wrapped in a blanket that was sliced with what looked like a knife. The parking lot was filled with trash and the pool and hot tub were both freezing cold and unable to use. At breakfast the milk one of our kids used for cereal was lumps of bad milk. Super sad cause we have stayed in this hotel for years and this was the absolute worst it has ever been.

staff at check in was very nice.
property was very dirty. no soap if any kind in the hotel room. room smelt like marijuana. very loud drunk guests paced back and forth outside my room. I had to put a chair infront of my door just for my kids to feel safe to sleep. Price was ridiculously high. But only hotel not sold out.
2.7
That it was a quiet place
I did not like that we were put in a room that smelt like a cigarette party happened two minutes before we entered. We got moved to another room. And the heater was not working. We called the front desk asked for a heater. Said we would get one at 8:30-9:00pm. We never got one.
2.7
Did not stay fork breakfast
Very slow check in. Clerk was in training.
There is NO local phone # listed at your site abd deposit info is woefully inadequate. A hi deposit line that for a place that is in need of repair is uncalled for. Mngr. wanted CASH! I’m guessing he pockets it.
2.7
Wanted a $100 cash deposit, and that information is listed nowhere on the booking information. Don't stay there!
2.7
The staff was very friendly.
The hot tub was broken but they claimed it worked. The heater in the swimming pool area was turned off even though it was winter time.
2.7
location
the room felt unsafe locks doesn't work correctly carpet dirty plugs lose in room
2.7
Look nothing like how it looks online, then they won't let you cancel.
2.7
Ok, skimpy, waffles were good.
Property old building and rooms paint old chipped and banged up carpet old. No microwave in room as advertised. Hot tub was green.
2.7
the hot tub would of been nice had it worked properly
the breakfast was only cereal or waffles......they charged us 40.00 extra dollars on top of our bill upon checkout for utilities!!! I'm p*ssed!!! Plus we had to have had the worst room!!!
2.7
Electrical outlets all loose, no coffee pot, no hair dryer, mold on bathroom ceiling, bugs
2.7
I liked it had a breakfast.
The breakfast had only 2 items out of the 20 it usually had as it was understaffed and nobody was working it so if you didn't like waffles and juice you were out of luck.
2.7
Orange juice and air conditioning worked
No internet and no breakfast except carbs
2.7
Not do good coffer was bad
2.7
It was a place to stay
Property is definitely run down, sheets had stains/holes, furnishings were old & gross. Next time I will pay more for better quality.
2.7
the rooms smelled nasty and the beds were so hard
