Good overall

Local small Starbucks inside and very nice and helpful staff

I noticed the smell of something as we woke up and it about made me sick Not sure where it came from but it stunk up the whole floor and made me lightheaded

Okay. Not great.

The room was good. Bedspread had a fowl smell, but, when we complained, we were given a new one that was okay.

The restaurant was a joke. Strange menu. Nobody there. We came in thinking we could get a normal, hot breakfast for $15.00 each. Nobody behind the counter most of the time. We expected a normal, hot breakfast readily available; cereal, eggs, coffee, bagels, etc.

I regretted having taken my with there for her birthday ☹️😠

Although, it said breakfast included, there no breakfast on the first day. On the second day, we were told that there was shortage of staff. The location has no good appearance and is too hidden

Run the place according to what you offer. If you said that the place has indoor swimming pool, they do not tell us that it is closed due to maintenance. You should also refund or compensate for the service we do not get.

This hotel is not worth its price. This hotel was downgraded and understaff. I would like a rebate.

It was near the airport.

The room given to us has a vibrating floor, for some reason there could be an equipment adjacent to it. The tables and bed vibrates as well and making sounds. I informed the front desk and was willing to check if we can change the room but it is a hassle to pack and move. Restaurant were closed since they are under staff. This is not worth what we paid for.

Don't be fooled, No breakfast.

The hotel felt clean which is most important to me.

They advertised breakfast. Felt scammed. There were other hotel guests wondering what happened. The hotel placed some cold, boxed items on the bar, there was no staff around, no one offered to make anything, coffee container was empty, nothing hot offered despite having what looked like a fake English muffin with egg and sausage as well as bagels on display. God knows how long those had been sitting there.

It was awful . Employees were great though .

Nothing it was so dated and the smell when you walked in hit you in the face . Inside my room smelled better only reason I stayed .

The shower had no cold water it was so hot I couldn’t shower . I booked a king bed and somehow ended up in a double queen .this property was listed on booking.com as a 8.7 hotel and it wasn’t even close to an 8.7 . I payed $179 for my night . Which was disappointing for what I had . This property needs major updating . I will not be staying at a Marriott again .

Average but served its purpose

Happy to learn the pool was reopened. Staff was friendly. Chef at breakfast was very kind to our kids. He even offered extra potatoes at no cost. Room was clean.

Booking said breakfast was included but staff said it was just a $15 off promo. They raised the promo to $30 but it still cost me $30+ even after the promo was applied. They should have honored the full amount. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were hollow. The chair in our room could have been more clean as well; stains on the seat and sides. The elevator inspection expired in 2022 with no updated paperwork indicating it had been recently inspected.

Nice to sit out on the little terrace in the morning. Bed was super comfortable,staff pleasant and helpful. Grest location for our visit to family in Cranston,RI

Only issue was that the coffeemaker in ghd room wasn't working Wanted to have a cup of coffee on the terrace!

A blood-curdling price of over $300 and Marriott Courtyard failed to live up to its standards?! Really disappointing!

1. the bath drain and plug in room 330 are not sealing and one needs to keep faucet running whilst taking a bath - shocking neglect by a company of Marriott’s stature! 2. I appreciated the Launderette on L2. Surely the manager must know to keep a supply of quarters for guests?! instead staff look flustered when one ask for quarters! 3. The Bistro is a dismal attempt at being one despite the great layout and general concept. I ask for burger - oh, we are out of burgers. soup? oh, that takes an hour go heat it up. ok, what about wings ( for $13!) Really now…

They said they had an indoor pool on their website. This was not true. The staff also prpvided misinformation about my booking througj Booking.com. He indicated I should not use third party websites.

we booked this hotel close to the airport on a stormy afternoon and night so we could stay in and have a bite to eat and
