Uncomfortable, unkempt, dark.

The front desk associate gave me a room key that was for another guests room. I paid for a room with 2 queen beds. I was given a room with 1 king bed. 1 elevator that took forever. The maids took up the use of the elevator at critical time of checking out, so we were forced to use the stairs. No english was spoken by them or understood. People walking by our room until late at night on the way to the pool. Smoke detector kept going off after showering (opening door from bathroom) this might be the worst hotel we have ever stayed at. Very disappointing!!!!

Will not stay there again, way over priced for property.

Beds were comfortable and it was close to wedding venue.

Front desk staff horrible, seemed a bit run down. Had called and asked for two rooms together. one was on 2, the other on 4.. could not switch, Terrible hotel for traveling with mobility issue party…disappointing. Elevator was so slow it was ridiculous.

very nice staff people.

June and Philip were very helpful. My husband realized he left his glasses in the room when we got to the airport and Philip dropped them off on his next airport run, saving the day.

the mattress had some staining which I am praying was not from bugs.

Was pleasantly surprised with the size of the king room. And the options available on breakfast bar

The last time they painted they also did the whole door causing the door to stick with the heat and humidity making it hard to open and shut.

location was great and the free breakfast was bigger than expected offered lots of options my son loved the waffle maker!

the gym looked like it was thrown together…not sure if that was a “gym” for guests but needs more equipment

The staff as a whole were friendly. Quick to respond to any issue and even called guests by name including pups each day we were there. All of front desk guest service staff were quite nice and a treat is the bubbly personality of Asia. Nice breakfast room/ more so continental & food is fresh. Seriously good hot coffee !! Short driving distances to eateries,stores,etc. Quiet nights- no overhead planes- a wonderful whooshing sound now & again from the bullet train. We truly enjoyed our stay.

As a dog owner...the island across the top of the parking lot that faces the hotel is strewn with poop piles from some seriously inconsiderate dog owners. I did find other areas to walk instead. The hotel should enforce guests with dogs to clean up after themselves. Point a camera to that area and charge the room a clean up fee. The rest of the outside property, parking lot, grounds were kept clean.

Definitely not even close to worth the price and doesn’t deserve the star rating it has

The location compared to where we were was good and the person who checked us in was very nice

This was by far the worst experience we have had at a hotel in a while. We booked because it was listed as a 3.5 star hotel and claimed to be in immaculate condition. We paid a pretty price too. We get there and there are stains on the comforters, there are no linens for the pull out, and we had one towel in our room. I try to call the front desk and they never answered so I had to go down to the front desk. Before going down I turned on the TV in our room to entertain my 4 year old and it didn’t work. So now I’m bout over it. I get to the front desk by taking the slowest, oldest, dirtiest, dingiest elevator I’ve ever been on into the filthy lobby where a “maintenance” guy was sitting in a chair in the lobby in dirty clothes, unkempt and not very professional. The front desk advised that they couldn’t move us to another room as they over booked solid, so we are out of luck on bedding nastiness and the TV as they also don’t have another tv to give us. They seemed to care less about being accommodating and trying to help so I was stuck for 3 days with a 4 year old and a 14 year old and no TV while I tried to get stuff accomplished. The hotel on the hole was dirty and dingy. I travel a lot and have never tried a LaQuinta but I know they have made an effort to rebrand themselves as upscale so I gave it a try. Not only will I never stay at this hotel again, most likely I will never stay at a LaQuinta again due to this experience.

Room was great. Super comfortable for me. Staff was friendly. The breakfast served was good.

The hallways and the lobby were hot. There was no AC circulation in the common areas.

Me and my friends really enjoyed staing in this hotel!

We really enjoyed the breakfast in this hotel. It was diverse. Parking was huge so had no problem with finding a parking spot. Beds were comfortable and the room was huge, so it was perfect to share the room with our friends.

Ok location if you come by car, nice room, no healthy options for breakfast.

The room was nice. 30 minutes to wslk to the airport to pick up the rental car.

Almost impossible to get there by bus despite being close to the airport. The gym was a micro-room with a spinning bike and a theadmill and no weights. The exit sign on our floor was at the elevator in the middel of the hall instead of at the stairs. The fire alarm in the room was placed wrong - not where the smoke will come first. The pool was too tiny to swim in, but nice for kids. The breakfast was horrible, no healthy options.
