Meh, not as a nice as it looks in the photos.

The location was nice and close to the Embarcadero.

This property really let us down. We decided to stay here because we saw the nice photos of the rooftop lounge with the fire pits. We were looking forward to sitting by the fire pit and sipping some wine while the sun sets behind Morro Rock. The first night the front desk told us they were out of propane. So we chalked it up to something that just happened and is fixable. But then on the second night we were told still no propane. That seems a bit strange since there was propane at the gas station just down the street? Really seemed like a bait and switch. We also upgraded for a suite thinking we could get a better room experience. The suite was at street level right next to the busy street where at 5:30 am the street sweepers came by, followed by the gardeners at 7 am. The WiFi never worked in our room and the staff didn't do anything to address it when we inquired. When they advertise Wifi and a rooftop lounge with fire pits and then don't deliver on that, well it just didn't make for a nice stay.

Decisamente insufficiente la colazione. Trascuratezza nella manutenzione (porta bagno svirgolata ed inutilizzabile).

Excellent place for visiting Morro Bay and Hearst Castle

The Inn was a great value for money and a positive surprise with the modern tasteful decor and cleanliness. Breakfast provided a good start for the day. Central location for visiting Morro Bay and convenient for visiting Hearst Castle in San Simeon.

the balcony was nice to have. and the beds are comfortable. the fireplace was great also.

the multiple shower heads made a mess. there were no chairs for the table in the room, and for the money each night, I don't think we will be back. However the employee was super nice and very helpful, she was great.

It was in remodeling and a lot of banging even in late hours the fire alarm went off many times the breakfast was put outside in the back where all the garbage was. Just an all around bad visit

The hotel was under construction and was a big inconvenience, There should have been a room discount I email management and they said something could be work out and to leave my info with front desk and some one would contact me and still have not heard back from them.

It will be ten stars in no time!

I like the new renovations, which are very tasteful and clean.

The hotel was under construction, which I think impacted the value, to me. The lack of parking and noise early in the morning should have necessitated a lower cost.

Comfortable and pleasant

10 min walk from food and shopping, 5 min drive to beach! Spa bath fits two people!(Great for couples) Room is very spacious.

Building was under renovations, just didn’t get a room we expected. We wanted the cute homey inn look but it’s going for upscale.

Not Bad Considering

The rooms weren't completed on account of under remodeling but wasn't told. I always get a King room with jacuzzi tub and for the second time in 6 months room was still unavailable. The rooms weren't too bad before but was showing years of wear but now that their remodeling I'm sure they will be nice and we'll have to go back to check it out. Excellent location to boardwalk. If it wasn't for Frankie again at the front desk making everything so much better I probably wouldn't be coming back. That girl went above and beyond to keep my business. Oh and good breakfast.

Location perfect for my business needs. Room rate was reasonable, and the included breakfast was nice, though nothing special.

No clock or phone in room. Mattress was a bit too firm for comfort.

Missing the charm from before updated rooms

location, price and friendly staff. updated furniture that have usb plugs and reading lights on the headboard…loved the jacuzzi bathtub.

renovations have stolen the charm we were looking forward to.

the heater didn’t work and we froze in our room. also the bed was very heavy uncomfortable and ended up with a horrible back ache.

not good at all!!! it was our 27th wedding anniversary and we wanted to budget but this was horrible!

sliding window to balcony was broken. my husband had to find a piece of wood in the construction area to place it where the balcony sliding windows couldn’t be opened for our security. because staff said they couldn’t do anything about it. upon checkout I mentioned it to the new person at the desk. they said they would refund us $100 for the room but I never saw any refund.

Superb

The jet tub was amazing.. The breakfast was delicious & the suite was clean with a niice fireplace.

The fitness room was unusable. Equipment was too old and ready to fall apart. Unsafe.
