Nice and comfy place

The communication, The first night they gave someone else the same key so I had a surprise visitor, The second night a staff member came in and didn’t know the room was occupied.

Used to be better and had rooms that were smoke free.

Now they have Contractors who stay there and smoke. The last two times I was given a smoking room. The management does not care and is often rude. I have had to go to another place late at night.

Good, solid place to stay overnight as I headed south

Location to freeway was great. Having a decent restaurant all great.

No way to guarantee availability of number of beds needed, two, even though I called the day before. It would have been a deal breaker. also wasn’t clear that the hotel was pet friendly.

Very BAD communications for sure basically ignored after calling and emailing my dilemma.

Cancelled due to Covid.

Called and emailed to explain my traveling companion had Covid and told NOT to travel! I was completely ignored!

Clean facilities with ample parking.

The property overall was in a good state- very clean and well kept.

The location is in a less desirable area. They only stock 3 towels and 2 washcloth/hand towels to a room. Housekeeping said they just don’t have enough.

Worst hotel experience ever

Worst experience EVER!!! Hotel clerk was very unhelpful and told us how awful the town is and how much he hates the area after we just told him we were there touring the college. Put us in the wrong room and then said they were completely sold out and could not accommodate. He said they were actually overbooked by 7 rooms even though I made my reservation over a month ago!! Had to leave and find a new hotel and I’m STILL waiting for my refund but the manger never seems to be on duty and they are the only one able to process the refund.

The eggs were runny when ordered, everything was mixed up in the order and the v kitchen was short staffed.

Excellent location and staff

First time booking with this location, and wow did they exceed my expectations. Clean location, clean rooms but what really exceeded my expectations was how they cool they were with me being able to pray in the conference room. For sure really loved that and too top it off, a nice gentleman took the time to call me after I had returned the room. Letting me know on how I had forgotten my prayer mat. For sure will be booking with this location again . Thank you

We still like the hotel, staff and location

Check in was quick and easy. Staff was polite. Power curtains in room did not function and the restaurant was having problems such as no bread, no waffles, one couple left as there was no warm coffee. To be fair it was graduation time in Charlottesville and hard to find help. The chef was handling cooking and waiting on tables. Also, the roll in shower head was not functioning properly and curtain allowed too much water on the tile floor. Also, brighter lights and light locations are needed for reading.

Very disappointing. Over priced. Very uncomfortable.

Very little.

Wry poor lighting. Almost no hot water for a shower. No outlet by bathroom sink. Only outlet across bathroom. Hair dryer did not work. Ice machine did not work. Garbage left in hallways for days- smelled really bad. Strongly NOT recommended
