Had a suite, couch was old and dirty. Got a sheet and covered it. Very noisy by the road. Thought it was over priced. Kind of scarey having a very small elevator only at one end of the building .

Pleasant place to stay with helpful staff.

Good variety offered each morning for breakfast, good quality. We were pleasantly surprised that the executive king room included a kitchen.

Two things: 1- We felt the bathroom toilet was too low in height. It was hard on old knees to get down and get up. 2 - I didn't remember, when booking our 6 night stay, that I needed to book thru Wyndham/Rewards to have points add up! Sadly, I lost all those points.

None of the outlets in the bathroom work and there were 2 broken hairdryers. There were other outlets in the room that did not work. The lightening in the room was poor. The hallways smelled horrible.

location…just a stop over for the night…travelling

breakfast typical…nothing special but fresh, clean room; would appreciate a TV guide…so hard to find anything on TV…no movies etc…a waste of expense…

The breakfast was delicious!! There was a good variety of foods and the food was also presented well.

The shower curtain smelled.

Nice building, good front desk staff.

Didn’t clean room or provide towels. kitchen staff first day were great, but second and third day different kitchen/dining room staff did nothing but talk to each other.

I will look elsewhere when I stay in Helena again

the exit door

extremely loud traffic noise … sounds like a drag race outside your room every morning due to proximity to the interstate exit and traffic lights… not a great place to get restful sleep… what ever you do don’t drink what they call coffee , night or morning, it’s beyond sad.
