Horrible

That it was close to the hospital

They had bed bugs and they did accommodate my stay. I was furious!! They switched rooms but I was so uncomfortable I couldn’t sleep because of being ate up

The visit with family visit was wonderful. We will never stay at this property again.

The entry was nice. The staff was friendly. Great location. The bed was comfortable.

However, our room 4th Floor- King room was in must needs of renovations/updates. The entire room made you feel dirty. We never took a shower. The bathtub porcelain was peeling and came off in your hands. To include mold around the tub. Mold on the ceiling and walls, with water stains. We definitely did not walk on the carpet barefoot. Furniture banged up. Rust on all the table lamps. Plus we paid $250.00 for this. I will also be reaching out to corporate with these pictures. Please review the pictures attached, they are self explanatory.

good location

I requested a recliner chair for my room when I made the reservation and I was told this would be possible. However upon checking in I was told no recliner was available.. Also several ice machines were out of order.

Reception staff were helpful. Breakfast was ok.

Rooms were very dated and in our room the toilet mechanism broke . We had to change to a smaller room at 9.30pm as there were no other king rooms available. We were not offered any discount.

Will not be staying at this location again due to room being dated and cleanliness

Break was good. Lobby area was nice

Bath room had mold all around shower. Toilet stopped up the first night. Advised person at desk at 7am the next morning but returned angry 5pm to a still plugged up toilet. Fixtures in room where stained and dated. Ac sounded as was need of repair.

Convenient, overall cleanliness.

Paint on ceiling in bathroom was peeling off, some noted trash on floor in our room. Elevator smelled like pot, hallway outside of 320 had very strong smell of pot both nights.

Loved the entire stay.

Loved the staff. Everyone was very polite and very friendly. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone. The young lady Ebony was very professional and remembered us from our prior stays.

Staff as well as hotel itself. My grandkids came and they enjoyed the pool. Very nice staff.

Wonderful.

The young lady Ebony was so very nice and respectful of our whole experience. The room was very clean. The staff was very nice and made sure that we didn't need anything. All of the staff had smiles on there faces. That's what made my day.

Breakfast was nice and the staff were wonderfully friendly!

Nothing comes to mind, we were only there for one night while in transition to another location.

We were moving our daughter out of ECU for the summer to PA and it is a convenient location to campu

The location was great! The quality of the eggs/sausage was not fresh. The eggs were really watery. I would not eat it everyday. But the ladies serving were great, customer service detailed and helpful. The guy at the desk who checked us in and throughout the stay was outstanding. Customer service is excellent.

The elevator was awful. The entrance to my room jabe a metal plate that was loose. Almost tripped over it. The carpet has a wet odor. Shower doors didn't close. Take a look around and repair and update the hotel. Needs to be updated.

Overall it’s a nice hotel & I would stay again!

The room was nice, hotel location was good, staff friendly!!

The bathroom shower was not thoroughly cleaned. Especially the shower doors! They didn’t clean around the door handles, there was black caked up scum around it and on the bottom of the shower doors

Beds were comfortable, staff was kind and helpful and there was variety of food for breakfast.

Beds were comfortable. Bathrooms were mostly up to date. Breakfast had good variety. A/C was quiet. Bottled water was offered to guests as needed.

Musty smell when entering room. One morning someone entered to eat breakfast who was not staying at the hotel. New outlets needed in the bathrooms.

it was comfortable. They were nice about late check in and late check out. We did have to pay have the price for the day though. One staff member came into the room with out knocking. That situation was handled though. Other than that staff was friendly and accommodating.
