Location to down town
4.5
Nice everyone very pleasant
Would stay again
5.0
It was friendly and a nice walk to town along the river.
Lots of homeless around, but didn’t seem a threat

Room was ok.
Fact that management must have heard lots of unruly kids running up and down the corridor right near reception until 12.30am and did nothing about it was unacceptable considering the motel was expensive. We didn’t dare say anything. Also lots of empty food containers and cans left by the pool. When we checked out a naked women walked past me to our car and even by there lots of dumped rubbish left.
3.0
Clean enough.
Homeless in the vicinity.
No place to eat.
Breakfast was minimal.
5.0
staff was friendly, professional, and accommodating
no elevator but we made do.
3.5
Location.
Breakfast. Pillows are too soft.
4.0
Incheck and check out process was quick and easy. The room was clean and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable as well. Location was safe and quiet.
The breakfast was not very big, but enough. There was some noise (people talking loudly) at night for the two days we were there, but we were able to sleep good anyway. If you do not have access to a car then it is quite a walk to get to the city centre.

Nothing! It’s dirty. Floors and all.
Dirty. Not cleaned.

Y’all need a better breakfast besides waffles and cereal
Breakfast
2.5
The bed was comfortable, and they had breakfast, although it was very basic. And the staff was very friendly.
The neighborhood was terrible. I would not go out after dark, and the rooms had an old, musty type of smell to them. We had two rooms, one for the kids, and one for the wife and I.
3.5
Clean, comfortable, decent decor, friendly staff, breakfast included.
Rubbery scrambled eggs, usual horrid hotel coffee for breakfast. Unable to connect laptop to TV to stream own content.
1.5
the parking was good
the fact the room wasn’t cleaned at all.
4.0

Good sized and clean rooms
Located away from the town in an unsafe area, some of the other guests were loud and disruptive

the ice machine on 1st floor was broken. breakfast was pretty minimal.
5.0
We liked that they had breakfast with coffee.
The door to our closet was broken and it was hard to open it.
3.5
the pool against the sidewalk / main road. it would be nice if there were bushes or a more solid fence. when using the pool there was constant
noise and constant people walking by looking in.

The man at the front desk was awesome. We arrived early and he got us into our room. which was a huge deal for us because we got to unload and rest before our all day music festival. He put up with our shenanigans every morning when we came down for breakfast. LOL. I really can’t say enough good things about him (wish I had his name). Our room was clean with lots of towels. Location to our event was perfect.
I really wish all the hotels in the area wouldn’t raise up the prices quite so much because of the Aftershock festival. so this isn’t exactly directed at this hotel.
4.5
Short walk to downtown Sacramento!
Bed wasn't very soft but everything else was great
