One of the cleanest hotel Ive stayed in.

Location near gas stations, freeway, and restaurant. Guest private access to walk trail along river and to Discovery Park.

There was a lot of insects ie. big pink caterpillars, lizards, wasps, and spiders. A lot of spider webs on patio, fence, even on vending machines.

Overall good stay

Close by to the convention center

The surrounding area seemed a bit sketchy but overall nothing wild happened. No car broken into no damage of any kind so still a plus but still felt a little uneasy especially at night

Bien pour une étape rapide.

Motel assez proche du quartier historique en voiture. Chambre idéale pour une famille (2 lits doubles + un canapé lit). Petit déjeuner inclus avec un choix tout à fait satisfaisant.

La très mauvaise insonorisation. On a entendu les occupants de l’étage toute la nuit…

Good Aftershock lodging, you can walk to the show

Very close to the venue we were attending. Most of the staff was friendly.

The breakfast ended too early for a lot of us concert goers, and also ran out of key food items. Not cool. We paid close to $500/night for a $120/night room because of Aftershock. You would think enough food would be prepared to feed us all. The pool and hot tub were not open. There was no mention of that when booking. More blankets, please.

Not worth the money, not Best Western, the Worst Western

The breakfast was good. The staff friendly but dressed in street clothes for shopping at a Walmart. Couldn't tell them from the people on the street. Close to old Sac. The size of the room was really good.

It was trashy with broken patio furniture that was unable to be used. I paid extra for a patio, but couldn't enjoy it. The view was horrible too. It was of other broken furniture thrown out from other rooms and the patio was covered in bugs. We also had to kill bugs as soon as we walked in the room and the hallway smelled like dead fish and Marijuana. The facuets in the small bathroom could be heard over the TV when turned on and off, hair in the shower, totally gross. Daughter was afraid to sleep in the bed, so she slept on top of it with her personal blanket. We've stayed at MANY Best Westerns, but this was the WORST Western!

Ample parking. Better room interiors than property exterior.

Typical two level units with doors opening to outside. Dragging luggage up stairs to 2nd level.

Problems addressed by concerned and friendly staff, saved the stay. This is a nice property.

Excellent breakfast with attentive staff. Staff on arrival did her best to address problems, which resolved disappointment.

No bath towels. Heater barely functional, broken controls. Staff switched us to adjacent room, which was in satisfactory condition. Room 139 needs renovation, interim retirement advised!

Great customer service but building needs a bit of upgrading repair!

Staff friendliness, great customer service, great pricing and breakfast was great. Waffle mix and egg omelettes were delicious 🤤. Water pressure in shower was great.

Didn’t like the sausage patties (didn’t like the taste). Building conditions are a bit outdated: Our toilet rocked when we sat on it, bedroom door didn’t close all the way. It didn’t lock all the way so we had to use the chain to feel a bit safer. Our beds were on wheeled frame which made them slide around when one of us got up at night; we couldn’t find the lock mechanism to stop the bed from rolling.

just driving through and great for an 8 hour value.

price. breakfast. good furniture. nice location to downtown area.

sofa couch cushions visibly soiled. sofa couch mattress dirty. floor under the couch was dirty. bad paint in bathroom. when the stream hit the wall rust from the door handle streamed down the door. parking lot had many potholes. didn’t feel safe. it’s not the properties fault though. there are uncontrolled vagrants roaming around.

I loved the young lady at the front desk ...she was the sweetest!!! Can't remember her name but she was a young Hispanic girl ....LOVED HER..SUCH AN ANGEL!

The hotel is what I would expect from a Best Western.

Room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was nice with a variety of food choices. Most of the staff was friendly. Price is very affordable.

Location. The hotel is located in a bad part of town with homeless encampments nearby.

not worth the money

close to freeway

dirty room, hair on sheets and pillows, four television stations, freezing room, homeless all over the area, dirty bathroom, no tissues, staff didn’t seem surprised or to care.

Very negative experience.

The rooms next to us were filled with multiple people doing drugs - including what looked like a bunch of needles. One person from the room next door came out of his room several times thinking we were his drug delivery person. There were also some "low riders" who stopped by when we arrived to see who was new to the hotel. A very bad experience, which caused us to leave the hotel the same day to stay overnight at another hotel. At the recession we were told it will not charge us, we have made several complaints to the hotel but so far we have not had our money refunded.

The outside hot tube was locked after I finished my marathon. We all wanted to soaked there. We were all very disappointed.

While not perfect, my stay was very pleasant and I would not mind coming here again.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. I was able to get into my room as soon as I arrived even though I was early. Breakfast was great, and the fitness center was open early enough for me to use it before I had to leave for the day.

My key card kept failing. I went out the back gate for a jog along the river path, and when I got back it wouldn't let me back in. Fortunately I was able to call the front desk so they could come let me in. But then my card wouldn't work to let me back into my room. It also wouldn't let me into the pool area. They needed to reset my card 4-5 times during the course of my two night stay. They said it might be caused by interference from my phone, but if so, something needs to be done about that because everybody has a phone in their pocket!
