The outdoor pool was very nice! Its why we chose this hotel. Had a nice fire pit for evening gatherings. The rooms were nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable.
We really didn't have any problems except the toilet flushed very slowly.

It was directly across from KCI.
Went to check in and was greeted with a "next". She never confirmed what room I reserved, really didn't say much of anything. Handed me the room key and said, "The elevator is to the right of the lamp." Okay, which lamp? We got to the room and there they were, two double beds. I reserved a king. We went down to the desk, same person looked at me and ask, "How can I help you?" Not "is there a problem" or something to that, as I would have been wondering why this individual was back at the desk with bags in hand. Anyway, I showed her my reservation for a king and she said, "We're overbooked on kings." That was it, no I'm sorry, no how can we make it better for you. You think she would have told me this at check-in, right? Then the GM steps up and loudly asks, "What's the problem?" She said he booked a King but we are over sold on kings. He jumped right in looking at the screen and exclaims, "Expedia overbooked the King rooms. The 3rd party sites systems don't align with ours. It's a common thing." To which I replied, "l booked through Booking not Expedia." He jumped in saying, "Expedia owns Booking and they do this all the time." Oh, I forgot to mention you need to read his comments with the tone of a yippee, snippy Shih Tzu. No offense to small dogs, they can't help it, he could have. Never an apology, nothing but smug, condescending attitude.
And, if you like sleeping on a concrete floor you will love the beds.

Nice staff. Minutes from airport. Felt like safe parking, area. Easy access from highway, close to petrol station.
Lumpy bed. Noisy AC unit. Aging/aged facility, needs refresh. Not good value for the money.
4.1
Close to airport
Air conditioning was very loud, fan ran non-stop regardless of temp. Room was very humid and carpet felt damp — just poor air & temp control
also had requested a high floor and were given 1st floor

How the pool was clean and went to 8 feet tall , the Breakfast was a good experience even though I had to pay extra for it. The room was nice and clean to my standards.
The hostess that checked us in was very short with us and if I was her manager I'd have coached her on her customer appreciation and approach to provide customers a friendly experience. However her personal feelings or stress that we had to hear about her job and servicing customers all day mantra. I didn't take kindly being someone who's groomed in the retail side of work. And knowing the customer has to come first and making sure their individual experience is a comforting and easy decision whenever they come into my establishment. I personally wish you guys could re-education those that are apart of the front desk so SHE isn't excluded cause I know that's not proper being a manager, but the problem needs to be addressed cause if the owner randomly dropped by civilized and they not knowing and acted the they did. I'm certain actions would've been taking to eradicate the person's hold of their employment and not just a stern talking to. In Summary Guests need to be greeted with the same respect and consideration across the board.

It was located only a couple miles from the KC airport. It had a restaurant when there weren't many options nearby. Good parking and speedy checkin.
The room was only moderately clean and the shower was visibly dirty. The air conditioner was noisy and when it automatically turned off, the room became hot and humid.

So close to the airport and a shuttle there and back. So saves you on parking fees.
Minimal breakfast options.

It was clean. Food was good. Liked the pool area. Staff was nice and friendly.
Elevator was a little slow.

Lot of rowdy kids were guests. Beds not comfortable. No breakfast included.

Best location for airport access.
Very noisy until 11:00 o'clock. Young costumers yielded by big voices.

The food in the restaurant was good.
Our first room smelled like raw sewage so we had to move, they forgot our crib and we had to wait to put our kid to sleep, and the mattress was uncomfortable

Left before breakfast and location was great.

The room was okay, but both my friend in his room and myself were very concerned about a bathroom issue in both. The bed was perfectly fine and the breakfast buffet was good, especially the fruit available.
The rooms not close to each other unless you consider 3 stories and two long hallways "close." The slippery bathtub/shower is an accident waiting to happen in both rooms and nearly 30 years difference in ages.
4.1
easy access from airport and free airport shuttle
breakfast not included

It was quite.
The bed has great crater in the left side. I had to sleep across the bed to get any support
4.1
Didn’t eat breakfast. Thought it was included in the price of the room as most hotels do.
Think I was a victim of a bait and switch on the price.
