Fairly comfortable but should be run much more efficiently. Travel is stressful enough.

Close to the airport. Big room. Comfortable bed.

There was a big bug in our room. We didn’t check to see what kind before we got rid of it. The bathroom door was a sliding door which was very hard to close. Apparently there is only one employee, so if he is driving the shuttle to the airport, you can’t check in or out. He was late for our shuttle even though he was on site. Also it says in multiple places on the web page that the shuttle is free. It is not. It costs $5. I suggest booking it 10 minutes earlier than you need it, and ring the bell to check out, otherwise they will leave you standing there.

Our stay was very comfortable and filled our needs very well.

The room was comfortable, and clean. The room was nice and Quite considering it was close to the airport.

The complimentary Breakfast was a lot less than we expected. My spouse could not have a lot of the items because she can not have Whole Wheat, and a lot of the ittems has Whole Wheat.

It was a pretty property

There was a big window right next to our bed and there was NO WAY to close the blackout curtains and people could see in to our room. The “full breakfast” was severely lacking. The coffee and juice machines did not work, the choice of food was the smallest amount I’d ever seen. The whole reason we chose this hotel was so we wouldn’t have to worry about breakfast before continuing our trip

Not fancy but definitely comfortable

Our room was surprisingly spacious, clean, and the bed was comfortable. We slept great. The front desk staff was kind and efficient.

The place is old and needs some repairs. Potholes in the parking lot, big cracks in the sidewalk, broken tiles. The elevator was dirty. The lights in the halls flicker and go out. It feels run down.

The room wasn't clean. We found other people's clothes in the bathroom.

The hotel was disappointing to say the least - would not recommend it.

Location - close to airport and restaurants.

The advertised indoor pool was “permanently” closed, the fitness room had caution tape across the door, the bathroom was not clean, the TV didn’t work and the one staff on duty couldn’t really help- the entire room was subpar.

Hotel WILL SCAM YOU and is NOT SAFE. BE CAREFUL

terrible experience

The hotel does not feel safe and will scam you with charges on your card you did not approve. First of all, it clearly says "For added convenience, hotel provides free airport transportation for its guests." but they will charge you a large sum for airport transportation. you will not know about it, they will not tell you about it, and they will charge it as a SEPERATE fee on your card. BE CAREFUL. booking.com tried to dispute the charge with the hotel but they refused to refund the extra charges. luckily booking.com refunded me part of the booking as an apology for the scam. just be careful. second, the rooms DO NOT LOOK LIKE THE PICTURES i have no idea what rooms they were taking pictures of. the rooms smell of bad smoke even if it says no smoking, there are NO SMOKE ALARMS they are taken off the wall, there are broken lights and when i got into my room there was water and hair in the shower which tells me someone was using it - most probably the employees. third, the employees are shady, the person who picked me up smelled of drugs, and HE SHARES A ROOM WITH ANOTHER MALE EMPLOYEE THERE. so you will see them coming out of one of the rooms casually. fourth, it feels so unsafe, there are broken locks and it feels like you are being watched so be careful. Lastly, it is very very very dirty, i had to sleep on my clothes, the smell of the bed and everything is so bad, bathroom has stains all over, there are stains around the bed walls and floor, dust and hair. AVOID IT!! what's funny is that they have an envelope by your bed with "perfection in service" written on it, probably for tips LAUGH MY AAAAA OFF

Wouldn’t stay here again

The location was good.

Gave us a room that you could smoke in and it smelled like someone tried to cover up cigarettes with cologne. They didn’t specify that the pool and hot tub are permanently closed which was the entire reason we booked with them.

They charged room fee 2 times and deposit 3 times for only 1 room. After l claim about over charged, they refunded but, still not refund deposit. Worst Hotel.

Feeling safe trumps all but a shower would have been nice.

I felt safe and there was no smoke or strange smells. The microwave was clean and spacious. The room was oversized with a sitting area. Staff was friendly as well.

They was hair in the tub and hair balls on the bathroom floors. All the towels were thin, stiff and yellowed . There were also some yellow stains on the bed sheets.

You get what you pay for, but the facilities could have been better as advertized.

Bed linen seemed clean, but the shower had hair in it from the previous users. Staff was really friendly, though.

TV didn't work and the gym was under refurbishment, which wasn't advertised on the website. There was yellow construction tape all over the hotel.
