No hay café como se indica para poder tomar en cualquier momento salimos a las 4 am y no nos ofrecieron nada para llevar de desayuno, ni un yoyuar , ni café , ni una galleta , nada ….. aún cuánto este estaba incluido

Disgustingly awful woke up to 2” of water in the room on the 5th floor!!! Go figure!

Room was freezing set at 65. Tried to get chill out and put on 68 and woke up to 2” of water covering the entire floor. Shoes were soaked, luggage was soaked and clothes. Had to go buy new clothes and front desk was so rude and did not care or give me a discount NOTHING!!! This room should not have been paid for yet I paid $169. Front desk wouldn’t even deal with my situation. They are rude and should not be working with travelers or customers bec they have no heart for guests.

For the One or two night stays, it is worth the purchase and I can justify paying the amount to know that it is a decent

Customer service was very nice and tons of availability for parking. Overnight drinks available at front desk available as well. Shower was amazing as it had a handheld mode and a rainfall shower.

Pool is down sadly and building was marked as Unsafe due to damages. Room is a bit outdated with visible wood damage/peeling along with a missing mini fridge. We only stayed one night so not a big deal but heads up for two or three nighters. Be aware that you can hear everything outside your door, had a very loud neighbor outside the hallway however it is pretty quiet once in your room.

It was the beautiful sent that greeted you in the lobby area🤗 room was updated as well and fresh i will definitely book again

Me gustó mucho la ubicación estaba perfecta, todo limpio, excepto que movimos un mueble y allí abajo estaba muy sucio de resto la experiencia estuvo bien

very far from airport $50.00 cab fee. Unable to find courtesy bus. Room was freezing couldn't find thermostat. shower required that you stand under it to turn it on. No breakfast available at 6 a.m. No coffee, no hot water in lobby. I was told I could have a sack with food to take with me in the morning. Morning clerk had never heard of it. He did give me a Lorna Dune Cookie. Lobby was not clean/tidy.

I so want to do this again soon!

Location! Plus the availability of free bikes to ride on the boardwalk was awesome and gave us something to do since it was a cloudy cool day. Awesome helpful staff. Loved that they had free champagne and snacks in the afternoon and free smoothies!

A little pricey but you get what you pay for!

Aceptable, la puerta del baño en la habitación 116 chocaba con el inidoro no se podía abrir completamente y las lámparas

Ubicación, el desayuno la encargada fue amable, atenta y simpática y el parqueo

La señorita del horario nocturno necesita mejorar mucho sus habilidades de servicio al cliente, no pudo solucionar un problema que tuvo con la reserva, al día siguiente Bianca lo resolvió fácilmente. Y sonreír siempre ayuda un consejo para todo el personal.

Great location, clean hotel with very helpful staff!

Everything! We arrived really early at the hotel, and the front desk staff was extremely helpful and she was able to give us one of the rooms right away, which was very much appreciated since we were traveling with small children. Hotel and room was very clean. Breakfast was okay. Also hotel provides free shuttle to the airport.

Only con we had is the free shuttle was 25 mins late from the scheduled time of pickup.
