Localização e café da manhã e Transfer na saída.

A comunicação entre cliente e hotel é inexistente e um desrespeito. Não me responderam nenhuma pergunta feita sobre o Transfer em mensagens enviadas aqui pelo Booking e por conta disso não consegui pegar o shuttle na chega e apesar de próximo ao aeroporto paguei quase U$ 50, em um trajeto de menos de 5km por conta da tarifa dinâmica. Ainda paguei U$ 41, a mais sem nenhum motivo ou aviso. O quarto tinha um cheiro estranho, talvez por ser carpete e cozinha dentro do quarto. Não escolheria novamente.

My stay was a bit uncomfortable, at breakfast the staff made me feel like a "homeless person"

Breakfast is not vegetarian/ vegan friendly. I believe it should be a variety. It should be friendly to meat lovers as well as vegans/vegetarians.

Esta un poco alejado de todo por la posición respecto a las salidas a la autopista y de otros comercios como restaurantes y tiendas. Necesita remodelación, ya que la alfombra estaba sucia y rota, y las cosas tienen cierto uso.

Nice facilities, but over priced.

Nice room, great breakfast

Location was not walking distance from anything. Shuttle to port was ridiculously over priced. Got Uber direct for less that 30% of shuttle price.

Superb

I liked that the breakfast had a lot of options. The swimming pool area was also very nice. The room was very spacious and clean.

The only reason I wouldn't stay at this property again is I didn't realize it didn't have two beds. The pull-out was very uncomfortable. There were 4 of us staying in the room, but we only had 3 bath towels. We did receive another bath towel when asked.

The Staff was great

The overall appearance of my room..it was severely dated and not to my standards. Had a funny stale type of smell when you first walk in. Several lights did not work. Counters felt greasy and caked up. Office chair was filthy. Carpet looked old and outdated. Couch did not look like it was clean.

I didnt utilize the facility because nearby attractions kept me very busy for hours.

Breakfast needs more variety, but it was tasty. The property is an ideal location for family vacation.

I had an issue with Kevin at the front desk concerning payment for my stay. I had a receipt for prepayment but he insist my room was not paid for. He would not allow me to use a phone to contact booking.com to verify.

A very stay - across the board!

The staff was extremely friendly, yet very professional and assisted us in locating two good restaurants — of walking distance. And the nice lady at the front desk suggested a restaurant where we could order a pizza. The food at breakfast was so GOOD, with a very nice presentation. Well done across the board!
