Good for our short stay

Hotel is located on the "outskirts" of downtown, so a lot less foot and vehicle traffic. The lobby looked nice. Hotel appeared clean in the areas we visited. Saw many reviews about the valet parking but there is a covered garage right next door that we used. Quick check in and checkout.

No huge issues but there was practically an entire wall of outlets in the room that did not work, so we had to alternate charging our devices at the nightstand. Very small bathroom. Long wait for the elevators. No mini fridge or microwave in the room.

Nada.

El baño es pequeño. No habia agua caliente. Se salia el agua del drenaje. En la noche sonaba el baño. No limpiaban bien. Y el personal esta a la defensiva.

A quick trip into the city

The charge for 1 nights parking was $40. I parked in a private lot across from the hotel and unfortunately got broken into.

the bed was comfortable

the staff were unfriendly and rude(apart from one gentleman who worked at reception). the room was not cleaned - we were not informed that we had to request this - very poor service.

Exceptional stay will have to try out the rest of the amenities next time.

First class facilities. Customer based, could not ask for a better overall experience from the parking to the amenities.

Great hotel with top-of-the-line accommodations, but with the add Ons like valet only parking, stay gets pricey.

Great location.

The Whitehall has a great location and great staff. However, some parts of the hotel (for example our restroom) lacked maintenance. Our bathroom and our bedroom had scratches or marks on the wall / ceiling. The bathroom has areas where the walls were not as clean as they could be or the paint/wallpaper was messed up. I expected it to be way more proper due to the price of the stay.

"Upgraded" from King to Full-Size Double

Well located. Nice interiors. Good value.

I booked a King room through Booking.com. The property "upgraded" me to a double with 2 full size beds because they were out of King rooms. I don't know if that's an issue with Booking.com or the hotel, but I wasn't pleased.

Very little.

TV was cutting in and out too much to watch, downstairs bar was extremely over priced, $40 for 2 drinks. Beds were terrible and small. Vallet parking advertised as $15 actually cost $35.00. Ridiculously over priced, same quality I would have gotten at a La Quinta but for a three times more.

Charged $37 parking overnight. rip off, did not inform me until I asked about the overcharge in my credit card. The other guests that did not stay the night had free valet.
