The whole staff should be changed ! People are going to people! And you won't want to return to such people

The location is great, near the beach

There are cockroaches in the rooms!!!! At first we lived in room 207, then we were moved to room 205 because of cockroaches, but they were there too. So they are everywhere there! The staff stopped (the maid and another man from the service department) greeting us, they began to look at us angrily. And they told us instead of apologizing that we are the only ones who complain !The manager did not get in touch , wrote that she did not understand the language… Although nowadays it is easy to insert text into a translator , there would be a desire … Then she promised to return $ 220 for the first day of her stay through booking as an apology , and did not return it . What can we expect from the staff if the manager behaves the same way. The manager said to resolve the issue of refund for the first day of accommodation with booking. She suggested this option herself, because we paid through booking. The money hasn't reached her yet. But booking ignores it too!

I enjoy my stay at the hotel. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Great location and steps from the beach.

A Boca treasure!

Excellent location, very friendly! This place is budget friendly, has all amenities anyone may want or need, and affordable! Owner is extremely friendly and accommodating! If you are looking for "fancy", this place may not be for you. But I give it 5+ stars for its vintage charm and everything else mentiined! Ocean Lodge, keep on keeping on!!!

I only have one petty complaint. Someone forgot to put coffee filters in my room for the coffee maker. 'Twas a $1.99 fix, and I left the pkg of remaining filters in the unit.

I found a quiet and peaceful place to stay for either work or relaxation.in Boca called Ocean Lodge!

The place is good, perfect to stay specially if work is the case, Centric and the price is super for the location,

I do not give it all excellent because I saw little roach.... and that freaked me out.

Superb

The location was amazing. The staff was helpful yet a little difficult to understand. The place was quiet and comfortable.. The heated pool was incredible.

I wish the bed was a King and a little more comfortable.

Best location. Everything else, only so-so.

Short walk to beach. Clean pool. Small hotel with approximately 20 rooms. Quiet.

Broken toaster oven and broken cable box. No staff after 5:00 to deal these issues.

Very good

Eaine at front desk was very helpful, let us barrow a dolly to help move in our college kid to his dorm which is why we came. Helped wirh every question went above and beyond to help out.

Air-conditioning was loud.

Bed could've been better in Room 203 and asked if they had any discounts, they said yes but it wasn't issued to me.

Sta yed three nights. Enjoyed it... however nearby restaurants are very expensive....

Good value for the money. Short walk to the beach, nice pool, great parking. Nice kitchenette, TV was perfect. WIFI was not so good....but what hotel has great WIFi..none that I have ever stayed at.

No breakfast, even though it was advertised on the ad.

the room size

They advertised for a continental breakfast and we received nothing. It was only when we complained that we were told we could get the breakfast delivered to our room - we received a small loaf of bread and a block of cream cheese and a very small portion of melon for the 3 nights we stayed. Unacceptable for the price we paid and clearly false advertising.
